MAYBE MYA ISN'T FOR ME… :(

I was actually really looking forward to having a BA with MYA in may but from what I’ve been reading regarding customer service I think I am DEFINITELY going elsewhere….

1)I’ll probably start with a company who has good customer service before AND after op’

and

2)Maybe a company who doesnt just give you a price depending on how they are feeling..

I have a couple others in mind that I’m researching on…. just feels like a waste of time since I was 100% sure i’d go with MYA xx

which ever company you go to hun, theres gonna be good reviews and bad, everyones experiences vary over the country, good luck with your choice though xx

Everything… so much people seem to be complaining about the services compared to earlier on in the year when I joined….

regards to the money I hate the way people could be doing the same surgery but be paying like £ 500 less! x

I found it a bit frustrating about the pricing, but honestly, apart from that, I am 100% happy with MYA. I know there have been some recent posts about service which I can’t excuse but bear in mind how many girls here are happy with MYA. Other companies don’t have forums like this to enable people to publicly air their complaints, so who knows whether they have the same issues? I would just say try the companies and see how you feel about them before you make a decision, everyone’s journey is personal to them, MYA have some fantastic surgeons and a great aftercare policy. I am 100% happy with mya as I have just explained on the unders or overs thread cannot fault them at all! I suppose I was luckt as newcastle clibic have been a-mazing x

In all honesty Tanya, in life nothing and nobody’s perfect and ur gonna read positive and negative things no matter what you do!

Rather than focusing on the negative focus on the positive because one thing I’ve learn’t in life is people are quick to moan about a service but never as quick to compliment it!

Good luck whatever you decide, but I saw a couple of places before I chose mya (and I’m still pre op) and well, transform weren’t great by any means! xx

thank you all for your supporting comments, its true what a lot of you are saying people are very quick to state the negatives rather than compliment I guess xx

Just make your own opinion hun, that’s what I and i’m pretty sure most of the other ladies would have had to do on here. Some places will suit others better, just the like surgeons suit others better!

crampyxx hit the nail on the head, people always complain when there not happy bout somethin but not enough people compliment on the good things.

every1 has different experiences and u just have 2 go with ur gut instinct. so far i have found mya 2 b brilliant though and i hope that carries on til my surgery and afterwards. good luck xx

Hi Hun, Even though I have had a bad experience with MYA in all honesty I probably would of still have picked them, compared to a lot of the companies they still have one of the best reputations and in most cases service, my pre op was fab, my operation went flawless it was only the after bits that I have had issues with and I think I am in a small minority with my story, I wouldn’t like to think that I had put anyone off as that was never my intention of sharing my story, if you counted all of the happy stories on here they would far outway the bad ones xx

i cant fault mya think they have been great … do u know what surgon u would like ?? i knew i wanted mr singh and was gonna go to see him privatly but found out he worked for mya and was cheaper to go through them thats why i went with them … before that i didnt know about this site so didnt really see the negative comments and to be honest i wouldnt care if they werent that good as its the surgon i was interested in x

usually the difference in pricing opccurs due to offers or discounts due to friends requests- so always good to check with people first. The standard prices are on the boobie bible and unless discounts were had from offers/late space deals they usually are the same from what I have heard from the forum over the last year. x

Same i just wanted mr singh but ive had no issues the b.ham clinic was g8 As was all the staff at highgate and my pc xx

Everyone has a different opinion and different places will suit others better. However MYA have been brilliant with me right from the start, my PC is amazing, my surgeon is a BOOB GOD and all staff at the hospital were great too! xx

I’ve been looking around everywhere. I can’t fault mya so far in the consultation processes & how welcome they are. The majority of the reviews are fab & something i liked was the amount of celebrities who have mentioned/used mya, surely they’d be the first to write bad press? I went to the hospital group & they were awful transform were too so its just hunting xxx
