Medical history

My doctor has printed me off a full medical history , Im going to take this to my pre op next week I have a history of very mild asthma , does anyone else have asthma and no if I need any other kind of letter from the Doctor ?

Hello I have mild asthma also. My PC asked me to get a recent asthma review. I got this done before I seen the nurse to make it easier. Luckily I did because she asked for one. Hope this helps x
