medical history summary

hi girls xx, awhat exactly I do need from my gp ? i live in UK 5 years, every time when i went to see a doctor when was sick had different one . What exactly i need to get from GP? i’m about to call today to book appointment . Many thanks in advance xx

My GP is the same & I see a different one each visit but the surgery can send Mya a patient history that covers the visits you’ve had over the years.

If you have the letter into the reseption at your gp and say can I have a medical summary sent to them they do it all from there at first mine said I was have a £25 charge but after they read the letter and realised it was just a summary they give me a refund also if there’s any problems from your gp mya are allowed to contact for information xx
