Meeting Mr Traynor today!

So today I get to meet my surgeon! Is there anything I need to bring to my consultation?
I’m a little nervous and still deciding on if I want to go with him. I’m 5ft5, 9st9 and a size 32C – I hope he recommends me breasts that aren’t too small but at the same time not too large and fake looking. I love pin-up so I really want to look like a nice hourglass shape. Attached is what I would like to have as an after without heavy bra padding..
Anyone roughly my size been to him? Would love to see some of his work!
