Hi hun, a week to go. this time next week we will have our new boobies. How did you get on today??

I know I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited, I loved going to see him today best thing I ever did, He has made me and the hubby laugh so much and now I feel like an expert.

Going for 340’s as he said the 380’s did not suit me and I am glad he said that as I thought that too.. but I did not want to make wrong decision!

He really made me feel like I was in safe hands.. he made so many jokes I think Shaun my husband wants to go for a pint with him!! ha ha.. I learned loads of stuff about the op and shape and procedure.. and the glue! did you know we can shower 24 hours after op! yey, he instructed me to take recovery to my own pace if I can’t hoover = don’t hoover .. if I can’t drive = don’t drive.. if I can’t do anything , just don’t do it.. so I am going to have to milk my recovery whilst he is off work.. lol

Got some more bra’s today too they look huge .. nice patterend post surgery for £6, thin straps as going to a wedding so needed something that does not look like I am breast feeding!!!

It sounds like it was well worth while you going. He is quite funny, he kept going on about his wife buying the wrong bras. yeh, i knw about the glue. its great isnt it. i like you will have to milk it. my husband wasnt there so he fifnt hear all that, but i have told him. dont think he believes me though. Fif he mention the safety pins. i cant believe this time next week we will be all done. seems strange. The only thing i didnt ask him was overs or unders?? did you?

He mentiond safety pins.. as he pointed out the “CRAP BRA’s” pictures on wall (his words not mine!)

Yeah he explained about overs and unders as I thought natural looking ones were unders and fake look were overs.. but NOT the case!!

I am getting overs as the position of my boobs are below natural peck muscle – you have to follow the line of nipples thats why I am getting lower incision so they look natural after. Its quite rare that people can have unders unless they are very young, short or not had kids.. I never even thought my boobs are saggy but app they are!! BOO!! – not for long

it also may take a year for them to look natural and what I want to achieve,.. but hey will be worth it!!

i know yeh, its so near but so far. it will soon be our turn, but not soon enough. Let me know when they let you know your admission time. i would think im having the overs then? 3 more days to work, then 10 days off, yippee x

God I totally forgot about admission time.. I would have rang them yesterday, been so busy..

I CAN’T WAIT I had my last drink yesterday and i can’t wait to drive to Manchester on tue!!

I hope my slot is first thing, but prob not being a day case I would think they will do me in afternoon, I have requested a room so the hubby does not feel like a spare part!!

hpefully we will get our admission times tomo.3 days.we are going to be there before we know it.im workin tomorrow and tuesday so it will be here b4 we know it.im am gettin a bit nervous now,only for the anesthetic though.ive had anesthetic b4,but just feel a bit nervous about it. How about u?

Hi rachf where did u get the sports bra with the thin strap from hun? Also day cases normally go before night cases so u will probs b earlier on. Goodluck to u both x

I got it from Asda Online (asda direct) keyword surgery!! Came up with 2 options one has thin straps and is black with white/cream flowers xxx

Admission time 12 – so op will prob be around 2.30 I think xxx
