Might be a stupid question but what is the rice test?

Hi Seppet, basically really simple -as I did it!

Measure rice in Volume in a measuring jug, so if you are thinking of 300cc implants, measure that much rice pour into a pair of tights, mould into implant shape, tie a know and hey presto! pop in your bra to get an idea of size!

I walked around with rice bags in my bra all day the other wkend my BF thought I was nuts! xxx

Knock about 40ml off of the implnt size tho because its more accurate…so if youre having 380cc measure 340ml of rice xxx

haha! yeh apaz they look bigger than real life as the implant will go under your skin and will be restricted more than the rice bag xx

You need to push them flat when they are in your bra for a more accurate result. Look at the cui or inspira (whichever you are having) catalogue to see how much they project x
