mod or hp?

I’m waiting on my consulation with dr traynor. I’m 32aa at the moment, looking to be a full c/d. I’ve been looking at mod and hp and i can’t decide which i perfer! Anybody got any advise?

I went for HP as I have a fairly narrow back (32 inches) I think generally they suit slimmer frames best. Mod plus obviously has a more natural slope but can sometimes look a bit matronly if you go too wide and you have a slim build. They look amazing on some people though. It’s annoying that you can’t try on profile sizers too!

Also – you can get a bigger size for the width with HP so depending on how big you want to go you might be limited to HP anyway. If I had gone for Mod+ I would have lost about 100cc and I didn’t want to do that!

Thanks sweet, the lady i spoke to yesterday on my consulation said I’ll probably be offered 300-350cc. Cant wait to meet my surgeon to try on sizes! Which size implants did you go for? x

I went for 450cc. I’ve had two children/breastfed so there was quite a bit of tissue and my BWD was just above average. It did take me ages to decide though! I nearly went for ultra high 550’s but at the minute I’m glad I didn’t! 450’s are plenty big enough! haha!

I think im going to go for hp, what was your recovery like?x

Well I’m only day 1 post op but so far I’m ok. I’m sore and achey but generally I feel pretty good. Nothing bad at all. I haven’t had any painkillers since early thus morning either! I’m quite swollen today though- my boobs are bursting out of the bra! haha!

Have you got alot of strapping on? x

No I don’t have any strapping. Just a cover for each of my incisions and then my surgical bra x
