    Hi there,

My surgery had been planned for 22nd January but has been postponed til 16th April.

Having a bit of a wobble about sizes now! My surgeon has recommended 250cc on the right and 275cc on the left, moderate+ profile Mentor implants.

I said I wanted a natural look, not too noticeable. My worry is that I don’t want to look small and dumpy, since I’m only 5ft tall. Have put on a few pounds over lockdown but aiming to lose half a stone before my op. Just worried as I have next to no boobs at the moment, can’t imagine actually having boobs of any size, how quickly do you adapt to actually having boobs?

Any pics of 250/275cc moderate+ implants on girls around 5ft and 8 stone would be appreciated!

    Thanks, xxx

Hello! I am 169cm, 55kgs, size 10uk. I had round smooth 275cc moderate+. Over 3 months post op they look like this. My advice is take the biggest they can offer you in this projection!

    Hi Maria,

Thanks so much for your reply and advice! Your boobs are looking good! I think your taller than me and have a lovely slim figure, I’m worried I’m quite small in height and not as slim, so might look all over heavier with my new boobs?

I suppose it’s hard to predict exactly what you’ll look like, as even two people with the exact same implant will not look exactly the same? I have explained what look I’m after to my surgeon and have seen lots of photos of his work, just have to put trust in him that he advises the correct size for me as he has lots of experience.

Thanks again for your help, xxx

Picture? It depends! I would say this implant type is for you if you want to go discrete, and have either a wider breast pocket or more separate breasts to fill the gap. My suggestion is to go on the mentor implant catalogue and have a look at the measurements of the implant and put it against your own breast pocket measurements. I think the important thing is to cover the base, unless you’re looking to go really big!

(Originally I was looking for a super natural result and not too big, so this was my absolute projection of choice, but now I think I’d be also quite happy with a 350cc/375cc high profile!) hence why I suggest you take the biggest they can give you in this projection!

Now I am a bra size full 34C.

Hi, I’m 5ft 1 and 9 stone. I had my surgery yesterday. Originally was going for 375cc overs but had a second and ended up going with 450cc. I started as an empty 34C and mine are big but I have wanted to be at least a DD/E.
I would advise you keep looking at different sizes to get more of an idea of what you want. I knew I wanted mine on the larger side. I’ll attach a photo. Obviously still very high and swollen as it’s early days.

Hey, I had my surgery on Saturday and have 275cc mod plus dual plane (half under the muscle). I’m 5.2 wear size 6-8 clothes and wore 32A bra size. I can’t post photos as I’m not a mya patient! I had the choice between 250 and 275 and decided to go for the bigger option which I’m glad I did. I’m swollen and they’re obviously still high up but I’m definitely not out of proportion or look top heavy, they’re perfect for my frame. I think I will be a 32D when they have fully dropped which is the size I wanted to achieve. Follow your surgeons advice xxx
