moderate projection? Why is this so damn confusing!

I’m getting inspira natrelle and they offer “moderate projection” (presumably same as medium profile). Has anyone had this? I’m thinking of switching from high profile to this because my chest measurement is quite wide (am a 34/36a). Am trying to book another consultation with Mr Fallahdar but no one at the Holborn clinic is answering/ replying to the message I left! xx

ps. this is partly on the basis that Mr Fallahdar seemed to assume I wanted high profile but was quite vague on this…

I had that hun, I’m 34 and the mid was recommended by Helena for a nice projected cleavage, she said the high profile might give me rippling xx

I asked Helena how much difference it would make between the low and medium, and she said it would make alot of difference for me because the top of the breast is where i’d lost the fullness so it would make sure that came back when i wear blunge tops and low cut things.. which i intend to do ALOT once these babies are healed!!

haha, brilliant. Yeah well, I don’t have much to speak of at the moment (only being an a cup), but I think the wider base might be better on my wider frame, and i don’t want them to look fake. Have managed to make an appointment for 5th July (my op is on the 16th July) so that was pretty lucky. Will ask Mr F what he thinks then. If I go for medium profile, I might go for 410s rather than 375cc… but I might be too chicken for that! xxx

It’s so exciting for you, feel like i’m re living it again! Re. the frame, that’s what Helena said for the natural look with the medium profile, 410’s might take you to an E at a guess?? I may be totally wrong. I’m an E i think, may be an F but have no idea at the mo xx

im confused too cause im 34b at the moment and helena offered me 460 which is high profile but said i can carry them off cause im quite broad on top?? confused lol x

I think she must be looking at each of our skeletal structures and advising on what would look best, i did exactly what she advised me to for my body and i’m chuffed as nuts about the results xx

ok right, this time i have my consultation (number 2!) I will be taking in pictures. I think Mr F got a bit annoyed with me last time because I didn’t explain very well what I wanted… Will then take his advice!

I had mod profiles hun and they’re fab, I’m so glad I went for them. I look quite narrow chested (32″) back and the surgeon was concerned I wasn’t wide enough but turned out I fit them fien when she took my measurements. Ask Mr F to measure your breast width and compare it to the implant diameters to make sure. xx

turns out I had overs not unders, my pc told me that they were unders before I went in, nurse confirmed that i had overs today!

Mine were 325 medium projection responsives and i’m so pleased i had the extra projection xx
