Modified Mastopexy and implants

Hi gals, I’ve booked consultations for an enlargement but I think I may need a modified mastopexy too. Do any of you have before and after photos you can send me? Im a little worried as I’m only 22 so this seems like a huge deal to me and I’m worried about scarring. Any advice on who to see would be wonderful!
