I tried to get my £400 deposit back a week after booking and was told by my pc i would have to go through loads of stuff and she said ” people dont just ask for their money back and this will course me loads of paper work ” i was very upset and put phone down now a year on im finally going through with it and iv had my deposit down a year lol x
