I was told by my surgeon and nurse to use safety pins to pull my sports bra in so it would help to create more of a clevage not sure its working , has anyone else been told to do this or is it a waste of time ?
Hi Sue, The surgeon told me to do the same or wear a 32d bra instead of a 34d. The 32d really squashes them together because it’s too smalle but is not really much tighter around my breast bone. I think they have come together quite a bit but would they have anyway as they drop, I still have a gap between them and I’m only 17 days post op so it’s early days I suppose x
