Have always been able to move my implants when i flex my muscles and it’s been annoying but its not really bothered me. However i just watched a you tube video of a lady doing the same and a surgeon saying implants should not be put in this way and that if they are, the muscle should be fully ‘released’ so this doesnt happen! Kinda freaked out! The woman’s boobs looked horrid in the video and really far apart from all the years of movement from tensing muscles! I dont want to look like that 🙁 has my op not been done properly or does this always happen??? 🙁

It happens a lot of with unders hun, it’s called Flex Distortion and most women with unders will get it to some small degree, it’s nothing to worry about provided it doesn’t feel uncomy all the time or cause any pain. x

Thanks 🙂 I have read that its quite common. I have to help with physio exercises at work all the time and can always feel them tensing and pulling apart 🙁 dont like it. Have been thinking of a re-aug for a while, I have so little breast tissue tho that i worry the implant will be too obvious with overs? X

I swapped from unders to overs and that was one of the reasons, I had little tissue in one, none in other due to masectomy and mine aren’t obvious at all! Feel free to check my pics x
