Mr Adamo 32A/B want a natural look C cup naturelle or anatomical 410?!

So after a successfull rhinoplasty with Mr Adamo I’m going back to have my boobs done! I’m currently a 32A/small B looking to go to a C cup my main desire is to have a natural look!
