i am 11 days PO and tbh nothing apart from the odd few hours in a sports bra x

I’ve got a bra on but its always undone cus dontt like anything touching the incisions but at first you will won’t some support like when leaving the hospital especially in the car. I’ve just got some non underwired bras from m&s and debenhams. They’re nice and soft. Hope shopping goes well xx

i must admit i find the 34d bra i wear soooo tight x

2 weeks nothing with mr adamo! find a support soft bra or sports bra for past 2 weeks – some examples on boobie bible

I just used the balconet bras mostly. Someone suggested them on this forum before my op last year and they are so comfortable. You can find them at matalan and other shops. There is no fear in scratching your scar too. I also used lots of boob tube tops with supports.
