MR ADAMO –need some help girlies

Hi girls!

Im supposed to be having my BA this Saturday in the Fitzroy by Mario Russo, my PC has just called me saying that unfortunately Mr Russo cant operate. They have recommended for me to go with Mr Adamo but I’ve never heard of him or seen any of his work. I’m worried that because it’s such short notice I wont be able to do sufficient research and will regret going with Mr Adamo.

Would appreciate some advice xxEmmaxx

Mr A is AMAZING!!! I had my surgery with him a few years ago and two of my friends have also had him (one travelled down from Leeds!). He is super nice and a perfectionist. There are loads of nice stuff about him on this forum. I have got a Fab result and my scars are tiny, you are defo in good hands xxx

Thanks lolly84, I’m a bit disheartened, I had my heart set on Mr Russo being my surgeon and now I have to explain to my parents that MYA have messed up and cancelled my op. Ive been offered a consultation with Mr Adamo for Friday, I think it’ll be worth going to but I’m just a bit on edge now. Do you have any pics up by any chance? What size implant did you have ? I would like Natrelle responsive 380xhp unders x x

Honestly he is so good. I know you will have had your heart set on Mr russo but he really is great. I dont have pics up sorry but I have a really nice natural result. I had 300cc overs and love them. My friend had the same size. My other friend had an uplift and implants with him in December and is over the moon too. His scarring is so good. Dont worry honey you will be fine xx

I have pics of 375 overs by him, the man is a genius there is not a single bad word about him that ive seen, honestly I believe ur now in the best hands. Feel free to look thro my pics hun xx

id be very happy to go with Dr Adamo given what the MYA MOD has just posted xxx

He is fantastic. I’m 7 days PO now & really happy with my result. I don’t have any pictures up I’m afraid though.

hey emma, i dont think MYA have messed up and cancelled your surgery but mr russo isn’t operating with mya at the moment and for the next few months…mya mod has posted on this xx

Hi Emma I promise you, you will not regret having your surgery with Mr Adamo, he is such a lovely man very professional but friendly at the same time so a nice balance. I have just had surgery with him today, well this morning and am so happy with the results so far. There is not a bad word against him as far as I know and I can see the reason why, there is no need!! Please have your consultation with him I feel sure you will leave feeling really positive and comfortable, good luck whatever you choose though huni xxxx

Thank you SO so much girls for replying to my post, as you can probably imagine its knocked my confidence having such a last minute change. But its nice to hear positive feedback about Mr Adamo which has definitely calmed my nerves a bit. Im concerned I wont be able to have the implants and sizes that Mr Russo has offered but I suppose he knows what will suit my body shape.

hey girls, was wondering has anyone had unders with Dr Adamo?? my op is on Sunday and should have been with Dr Mario Russo he adviced me I should have 400cc unders, really really worried Dr Adaom is going to suggest I have the overs as this seems to be what he always recommends… I really want unders, for my own personal reasons and really unsure how to put this to him… I am actually considering to requst a refund as I dont want to feel rushed, considering my op is in 4 days!!

I had adamo today he is amazing and such a lovely man. He is the only surgeon i c and knew i wanted him to do it once i met him. Xx

I was orignally put with Singh but I wanted someone who would make me’ look and feel natural

Adamo does do alot of ‘overs’ but he does do unders too!

I had my heart set on unders but he explains what you’ll look like with both!

I trusted him and he’s given me’ exactly what I asked for!

Maybe a refund is best If you feel like that, it’s alot of pressure x

After reading a couple of these replies i’ll be gutted if he offers me overs. I feel that unders will be safer for me due to a history of breast cancer in my immediate family. I really hope he’s going to respect my decisions for wanting unders. Im so scared as my op is only in a couple of days now xx

Emma1991 – Mr Adamo does favour overs, I said to him during both of my appointments that I was really concerned about rippling as I have next to know natural breast tissue, he assured me on both occasions that he would be shocked if I have rippling as I def have enough tissue. I wish I stuck to my guns and demanded unders of chose another Surgeon as I went with his advice and have overs and have had rippling since day 5 all down the middle of both. I’m now 5mths PO and can feel the ripples all along the top, bottom and insides but so far it is only visible along the insides. Also my nipples are starting to point to the ceiling so think I’m bottoming out. I’m going to go back and see him in 6 months time as have been told that they do not do anything until this point. I hate bra shopping and hate looking at my boobs and now wear thick padded bra’s constantly as chose a size far too small for the look I was trying to achieve and still feel flat chested when I go out. I think Mr Adamo is a nice man and some of the girls on here have had amazing results but unfortunately I wasn’t one of them x

babe i had partials with Mr Adamo…check my inbox message…very happy with my results, i had 340cc extra high profiles soft touch natrelle inspira, was the max i was allowed they perfect size for my body but i would be greedy and say i wish i was allowed slightly bigger x

Mr adamo gave me partials to, when u meet him e will tell u what is best for u. I also wanted natural look and unders thats y i went with him n e said i could only have partiually under anyway as i dont have a lot of breast tissue. Just tell him u want to look natural. I had my ba yesterday x

missym83- what type of implant and profile did you have? cuis,soft touch, responsive?

haha – I had 325 natrelle soft touch. You can see in my pics I had nothing there so not sure why I couldn’t have unders x

im soo worried about rippling! i practically nothing up top and im having overs with adamo! dont know whatto do? and if i should change the surgeon?!

Hana: I had a super boney chest and had partials with Mr Adamo and have no rippling at all. (touch wood) if your worried why dont you go back and speak to him about partials?

he didnt offer me partials!i think ill have to book another consult with him! hows your recovery with partials?xx

I am not going to lie for about 2 weeks i suffered severe pain….then again my friend had partials and went the next day to a bbq lol….everyones bodies handle it differently….i had to sleep sitting up for 2 weeks…you can read my story on mr adamos group.

I am happy I went with partials….they feel soft yet not too soft but can squeeze them completly like normal boob and I dont have a really round line so the slope is perky and round but still fairly natural and full….he mentioned I could have overs or partials but he said because i was having the maximum I was allowed for my tiny frame he would do partials because the implant will be covered more and less chance of rippling with a bigger implant and i had not much breast tissue . I did mention i was more in favour of something under my muscle partially than overs right from the beginning.

you need to take their advise but you also need to explain your expectations. If I didnt explain I preferred the bigger I wouldve had a smaller implant and for sure not be satisfied as the maximum size which mr adamo in the end managed to fit was 340cc extra high profiles soft touch partials and im happy with the size wouldve not wanted smaller(i could feel after the op that my skin was so tight and i doubt any bigger wouldve fit in at the time )

i would say Mr adamo is honest about what you can expect. i would recommend going back and having another chat (i did that)
