Hi Girls

I’m new to the forum and hope it’s ok to jump straight in with a question?

I have no idea what size implant I would like so I’ve been talking to my PC and she’s suggested that I have a consult with Mr Fallahdar.

Has anyone else had him or even met him? Does anyone know if there’s any pictures of his work I can look at?

I REALLY want a nice natural look with great cleavage and a size that flatters my body and frame so I’m kinda putting a lot of trust in my surgeon to help me find the perfect size.

How do/did you girls choose what size you wanted? Did you have an idea before meeting the surgeon or did you only know what “look” you wanted?

Sorry for all the questions but I really do appreciate any advice!!

I had him for my surgeon consultation yesterday…. from what i’ve heard he’s all about natural looking breasts that suit your frame. He was nice enough, lots of the girls on here have said he’s really friendly and chatty but i just thought he was OK. He offered me 340 unders the biggest, i’m a 34B now but i’m worried that’s not big enough. I want to be a full D and am getting mixed reviews at what will take me to that size!

He guides you through it mostly and just asks what size you want to achieve and gets you to try a few sizes in a sports bra…. xx

Hi tia, i had my ba done with Mr falladhar last monday (the 14th). It all really depends on your stats and what size you are now. I’m a size 12/14 and 5ft 6. My boobs were a 36b before my op but quite empty as i’ve got a little boy they changed alot after breast feeding. I wanted natural but big boobies and i had 525cc’s which is the largest implant before paying extra. Mr Fallahdar is really nice and he recommended that size for me after me telling him what i wanted. He said that i have enough breast tissue to hold the size implant and they would suit my frame. I’m wearing an F sports bra at the moment but i think i’ll be either an e or f once the swelling had gone. They already look really natural too. Hey Tia, Im having him on 16th April. He is really nice and friendly. It definately does depend on your stats. Im 5ft6 and 8st . Currently a 30/32 a/b and he has recommended 410’s for me to achieve a full D. I looked on internet and printed out pictures to take with me to the first appointment so he could see the sort of look I was after. He will recommend a size to suit your frame and let you know if you needs unders or overs, high profile or low profile etc. He is also renowned for his tiny clean scars as he is also a micro surgeon.

He has worked in Paris, San Francisco USA, New York & Milan and has a very good rep.

Know people on here that have had him but none of them have pics up. Hope this helps a little xxx

Hi girls .. I had him I will be 6 weeks post op on monday .. I had 410cc high profiles over and was a 34b to start off with I’m wearing a 34E bra and love my boobs iv got before and after pics feel free to add me and take a look xx

Hi sorry only just seen ya post back. I printed off 3 different pictures to take with me from the internet and he did look at them all but don’t know if he really paid alot of interest as he said you can’t just take a pic in and say I wanna be like that as everyone is so different with the outcomes. (Not that I meant I wanna look like that, it was more for size). I just told him I want natural with a twinge of fakeness but don’t want to end up like Victoria Beckham with 2 balls stuck to my chest which he def took on board. It seems he only really gives you want he thinks will look good so if you want big and fake he’s not ya man. x

Aah this helps a lot! Thank you! I am so paranoid about them looking fake – I reeeally want them looking natural so hopefully he’s my guy

Lol I know it doesn’t work like taking pics in and saying “them ones please” – if only eh! hehehe

But it’d be a good way to show what proportions and size I like without sitting there thinking what bra size I’d like to be as at the end of the day, that really doesn’t mean anything and can change from shop to shop anyway

Hi.. I am new here.. I have booked my BA with Mr Fallahdar too.. Would really appreciate any comments and also any pics plz. I have been advised 340-380 unders I am 5.5 size 10.. I want a natural look but with some volume.. Still unsure on size?? Excited but very nervous.. Thx Lp x
