Mr Kazazzi and DRAINS!!

Im booked in with mr K for the 22nd July and getting a bit worried about the drains that he uses can someone please explain to me what they are like and if they hurt….thanks xx

hey laura, Im 6 days post-op with Mr K, I had 460 unders with drains. Theyre put in whilst youre still under anaesthetic, then when you come round you dont feel them inside you at all, honestly. I didnt even realise I had them in (so dozy from being put to sleep) until my bf mentioned it. Theyre think tubes that are placed under your dressings into your boobs and run into small bottles either side of your bed, there wasnt much fluid in mine, maybe about 30ml, that was it.

I was an overnight case so had them take out at 7am the next morning, I didnt feel a thing when the nurse pulled the right one out, just a tugging sensation, felt a teeny tiny pain when she pulled the left out but its nothing more of a pinch feeling. I have found the pains after the op much worse (sorry dont want to put you off!) but you get given painkillers for that. You will be fine! xxxx

Kezza I didn’t know about these drains!! why does he have to do this?!! and why does the others not do it?!! It sounds painful and I am a pussy cat!! xx

Honestly kay, they dont hurt at all. You dont give a shit about them when you come round cos of the anaesthetic, promise!!! then you feel no more than a pinch when theyre taken out..theyre used to help reduce the initial swelling by draining some of the fluid away, not sure why other surgeons dont use them, its just a Mr K specialty i think!! You prob havent heard much about them cos theres not much to them chick xxx

okay phew!! lol Ohhhh I can’t wait any longer, I need to see Mr K and finally make my final decision so I can be at peace and stop thinking about size 24/7!!

Yeh I cant fault them at all…first time i saw them I had appt booked with transform on the same day. After I’d seen Mya I cancelled my appt with Transform, was more than happy to go with them and didnt feel the need to shop around any more. Let me know how you get on chick xx

ohhh Transform are terrible!! the surgeon spent about 8 minutes with me! I think yours are a perfect size

I went to transform for a consultation and to meet a surgeon I can honestly say I wasn’t impressed they were trying to get me to pay for surgery even though I hadn’t made my mind up and the surgeon was talking that fast I couldn’t even remember what he was saying lol I am def going to go with mya they stood out from all that I went to see and the service is great x

by any chance was it mr Nathan that you saw there Rosie?! I think he was slightly mental, was waving his arms about. That’s who I saw and literally he just touched me up, grabbed some implants and went these ones, then pushed me out the door to go try them with the PC!

Hi girlies, I am 2 days po, I had uplift un implants with Mario Russo un I had drains too! U don’t no they r in there wen u wake up I jus felt a tugging feeling wen they got taken out but it was not painful jus uncomfy! X

I had 380cc unders with drains on tuesday…. I drained 200 in 1 and 100 in another kezza I see that u had 30ml that scares me now y did I have so much! wen I stood up out of bed it just poured into the bottle but I was glad I had them ad that would of been gathering in me and I would of had completely odd boobs as the right had 100ml less than the left weird… The one that was more swollen I couldn’t feel it coming out… But the one with 100ml it felt stuck in me and really hurt the nurse said it was stuck…. Did you have stitches holding ur drains in? Mine did now I’m worried I’ll have the implant scar and then a big drain scar as she sed they are separate don’t get my tape off till tue so I Carnt see xx

Hey micky, honestly there was only a weeny bit in the bottom of each bottle, i thought there’d be more tbh!

I thought that too, didnt ask about where the hole was for the drains, but wonder whether there will be a second scar.. I dont know if I had stitches holding them in, all I know is she pulled them out quickly and then dressed it

Ive got my post-op tomorrow so will find out and let ya know hunny

I asked Mr K at my consultation if I would have a scar from the drains but he said no as the drains are so small, hope this helps xx

Had my dressings removed today at my one week p.o check, theres just a tiny, round scab where the drains were which I’m certain wont scar, its miniscule!

Told that my scars are healing well and boobs will soften and move over the next few weeks Happy bunny now

Ah glad you are feeling better…i’m trying to prepare myself to not like my boobs at first but it must be really hard! xx

Still keep changing my mind between 410 and 460!!!! It’s driving me mad!! I was 100% on 460’s but now undecided again! I’m smaller than you, only 5ft 3 so don’t want them to look stupid! xx

unders or overs hun? There is virtually no difference between the two..what size are you now?x

Stacey123 had 460’s hun, she’s a smaller frame too..i think they will look nice x

Unders same as you. I’m a 36B so not a small frame but i’m just short lol. I probably will go with 460’s just keep getting nervous about them being too big especially as I do lots of running! x

I do loads of exercise too chick (cant wait to get back ‘on it’!!) reckon Im gonna need two sports bras to keep these babies in check ha ha
