Mr Kuzzazzi before and after pics please??

I am looking to have surgery with Mr Kuzzazi and am wanting to go to a D cup i am currently a 34 a/b and trying to decide between natrelle or cui 340 under muscle is what he has recommended. are the natrelle ones faker looking and fake to feel after they have settled down??? i’m nervous and would really like to see his work
