i went to have bigger implants in as id had children since my first ba and wanted a bigger implant to fill out the skin i had the surgeon said i needed auplift which i didnt think i needed but went along with it was an achor up lift, anyway my first ba was 360cc high profiles which i loved they looked great and on my 2nd ba he gave me 380cc with low profiles which actually look smaller than my 1st ba perhaps because of the profile, not sure, but anyway i now have rippling as i am very boney in the middle of my chest and the low profiles are wide so thats caused rippling on me, my nipple points outwards and apparently they r to high on my boobs, i shouls have taken more time and researched better and cos i didnt really agree with him i should have seen other surgeons but i didnt, i just thought that hes the expert so he must know and its not allways the case sooooooooo this time im really confident in russo and hes offered everything i want like 500cc and unders and now a nipple correction aswel x x
