Mr Russo's girls – help

I’m having my BA in 11 days and have bought a Macom but just wondering if Mario likes you to wear a sports bra/Macom straight away or if you have to wait a few weeks? I’m having overs if that makes any difference

Also, if anyone can recommend some decent sports bras that would be great xx

I was told to wear just a breast band for 2 weeks and then a sports bra for 4 weeks. I bought my sports bra from M&S and it did the job still wearing it now at 10 weeks post op! Good luck hun xx

I was told I would need a breast band but then after my op the nurse said Mario had changed his mind and for me just to wear a sports bra. I got mine from M&S and I still wear them 9 weeks on lol so comfy x

I was told to wear my macom a few hours after & to wear it 24/7 until my 6 week check x

i was told band for two weeks, nurse said take it off after a week, but i put it back on. its not as bad as you think it is, just be thankful its not freezing xx

I had 410 overs with mario last monday and was expecting to wear a breast band, but he changed his mind and I only need to wear a sports bra until my 4 week post op check with him, I just got mine from asda £4, and you need a few so I wouldn’t spend a lot! Get 2 sizes as well for the swelling, I’ve got 34 D and DD….I’m normally a 32, but they don’t make 32DD, but I’m pleased I got 34 for the swelling !good luck Xx
