Mr Singh, big implants

I agree with your worries, and although you are an empty c surely there’s quite a risk of stretch marks. And back ache. The only thing with an uplift is whether you plan to breast feed in the future. I’m having a nipple lift with 340cc implants and have been told the uplift will mean it’s unlikely I’ll be able to breast feed. Has he shown you the actual 700cc implants?

I had a 3 consultations with different surgeons, i am an empty 32c due to breast feeding the first surgeon i saw said he would give me a nipple lift and a 380cc implant,
the second surgeon said again a nipple lift with a 410 implant. But mr Singh said just implants and nothing below 700cc !. i would be huge ! but sureley the weight of a 700cc would just sag after a year or two and then i would need a full uplift and i want them to look good for a little longer than a few years, it seems that Mr Singh can not do any sort of uplift. so he just likes to fill the breast with rediculasly large implants and not care what wee will look like a few years down the line.

i have just had 700cc unders with mr singh and are fab love them to bits and after 4 kids my boobs were not looking their best lol. Go for the 700 but make sure they are unders as if u have overs u will defo be back in a few years for a uplift as the weight of them will go with gravity look at jordans overs great in bras but down to her knees without. it looks like your prone to sagging as well as i had 4 babies and breastfed the first one and didn’t sag so its in your genes.

I’ve just had 700’s with mr Singh and I love them. I’ve had three children and because of this needed a big implant because of the width of my chest. Even tho I’m only size 10/12 the width of my breast needed a big impant like this to fill it. There was no point having smaller as it wouldn’t of fitted the width and would of looked silly. No matter what size implant you have they all sag eventually, it depends on your skin also. I would recommend mr Singh to everyone he knows what he’s on about and even if you don’t want huge boobs he does listern to u. There are a few girls on sofem that have had him and had small implant sizes done and wanted to look naturel!!

I was told if I didn’t have large implant I would need uplift… I had 460 overs with Dr Adamo (my before and after pics are on sofem) Krysiemum password : boobs I thought that 460 was huge but now it is in it don’t seem that big so maybe your surgeon is right about 700 filling the breast up ….. I was told they will sag eventually but not as quick as everyone thinks ……… It does all depend on if you are having more children and how you look after them.. Everyone is different and some people’s boobs sag quicker than others and we all do go south so make the most of what you can have now, even if you have an uplift they could still sag eventually … xxx

Iv been recommended 460cc from another surgeon, im hoping for something bigger, minimum 525cc so 700cc is like ooooooo!

The only thing I would say is dont get bogged down by the size of the cc. Everyones body, breast tissue etc is different and that is why we all get suggested different sizes.

You could have two females with the same stats, but one gets offered 240cc and the other 525… yet they both end up the same size.

Such a hard one to decide I know… but go with your gut instinct! xxx

I had 525cc overs with mr. singh in august….I was a very empty 34a pre op im now a 34f….i have to say though they dont look huge although they have dropped abit and although they look natural I would have preferred them a lil perter xx

I had surgery with Mr Singh twice and am EXTREMELY unhappy with the results. I went in wanting fuller fake looking boobs. I had had 1child and had lost a lot of weight and was a size 10. He took my measurements and advised I needed 685cc to achieve the look I wanted. I questioned this as I big boobs were not my main aim. I had done alotnof research as was assured that he knew exactly what he was doing. I had the op on Nov11th and by the Jan they had dropped completely and ‘bottomed out’ I questioned why he never recommended an uplift and he said it was as my nipples weren’t facing north I didn’t need it. I went back and saw him and, I quote Mr Singh….’rock in a sock’. They completely moved around my chest,were very heavy and when I laid down the parted really far apart because of the weight. I had to fight for the uplift at a discounted cost which I eventually got. My 2nd surgery was way more painful! He went under the muscle as this was meant to stop them from dropping,which it didn’t and 5mins before my surgery he asked me ‘where I wanted my nipple?’ I was crying walking into surgery and had little faith in him. The 2nd pair looked great for about 2months but as he put the same 685cc implants in…..these have dropped aswell and the scars are horrific!!!! Please please please …..get 2nd and 3rd opinions as I’m am sooooo unhappy with my outcome from Mr Singh

Wow, you dont hear that very often about mr singh. For the last few months i have heard nothing but praise, I expect the odd person would be unhappy, its only natural!

I have founf mya great and mr singh so far.

I’ve only ever really heard fantastic things about Dr Singh, hence why I jumped at the chance to have a consultation with him (11th April) as I have small boobies… and want big boobies lol…

But I must admit, that reply really has FREAKED me out.

I’m sure has done great work, however,people need to know he does horrendous work aswell,especially if it’s not what you asked for! This is a very big decision to have surgery and a lot of money so you need to get it right the first time.

Don’t panic ladies!!! I’ve seen so many Singh boobs and their all fricking amazing lol some people have complications and some people scar badly which would be a nightmare with a lift. Any implant can bottom out, a 200cc can bottom out, I have a mate who’s currently going through it with her 240’s……don’t panic, every surgeon has had at least one unhappy customer and someone who’s done thousands of implants is bound to have a few xx

I’ve recently been to another company,which I can’t say for legal reasons but the surgeon has been cleaning up his mess for 2years. He’s known for putting in big implants for girls and this isn’t always what is wanted. Over time most implants will gradually drop but I had mine for less than 2months and he should of known that they were going to do that….it’s HIS job to know this as he is meant to be the expert.

I’m having surgery with him next week lol I think its sad that this lady is so unhappy but their are people here who are about to have surgery and don’t need peoples horror stories!! Yea things go bad and not everyones always happy but we all know the risks, scarring, cc, bottoming out…..luckily I’m happy in my choice and not freaked out and panicking xx

Im sorry but you have a mouth to ask questions. I dont mean to sound harsh but there are girls on here terrified of having a BA and this story is totally unfounded. Mr Singh has done celebs, millions of ba’s and more. I WOULD RECCOMMEND MR SINGH TO ANYONE. The way someone scars is out of the surgeons hands…simple.

I think – if you don’t want to mention names etc for legal reasons… you shouldn’t be mentioning ANYTHING for decency reasons… at all. I am really really sorry you’ve had such a bad experience, but this really doesn’t help girls like me who are considering having Dr Singh.

I actually googled ‘complaint for Mr Singh’and this forum came up. Like I said, I’m sure he has done thousands of breast implants so will always have more issue than someone that has done less,however, I’d rather have had a surgeon that had less clients and no bad results than a surgeon that had loads of clients (including celebs) with unhappy clients. And it was naming the new company I’m going with which was the ‘legal’ side of things not chatting on a forum!

I hope your your sake kayteelou that your surgery has the best outcome for you and you are extremely happy with your end results. But from someone who has had 2 surgeries by this man I would of like to have had some advise before going to him x

That’s bizarre to me as I sue people for a living and it’s normally the other way around…….sadly you won’t fin any surgeon who doesn’t have one unhappy client

kayteelouu listen to the majority not the minority, theres always gonna be one person thats unhappy, everyone on this forum has been extremely happy with his work, i am one of them and would def have him again if in the future if choose to go bigger, hes a very popular surgeon with a good reputation, you dont get an awesome rep like him by not given people what they want xx

I know hun and thanks girls for all your kind words. But like I’ve said I panic easily and do tend to listen to that one horrible story and all of the fantastic feedback I’ve heard this whole time goes into the back of my mind… it’s sad really but I think it’s pretty natural especially as I haven’t even met the man yet!

I agree but your solicitors office is the best place, for you it’s a warning and a way to say research your doctor but there are a lot of very nervous pre op ladies here who will freak sadly. If you feel that strongly then maybe post pics of your results, progress and reconstruction, that way you can voice your concerns and also show how you have managed to slowly get them how you wanted xx

I would love to post pictures,however,I’m so ashamed of the outcome that I don’t even let my boyfriend see them. And slowly is the word here as I saved like mad to the deposit and had to get a loan for the remaining I didn’t have. Now I’m left with the monthly payments which isn’t a problem but the reconstruction is gonna cost me a further £8000 with 2separate op’s. If I finally get the outcome I want then I will post the pic’s for all to see x

The bottoming out is sad but not necceserily the surgeons fault or the size of implants fault…..some people scar badly but we are also our own worst critics…..bad scarring to one is acceptable scarring to another…..the scarring is always very subjective xx

Well after reading this I am totally freaked out I am having 1500cc on 29 June with mr Singh.. And don’t want a up lift . He said that only a big implant will fill out my chest because I have a wide chest and that was my only fear is them bottoming out. Because of the size . I am so scard now. I mean I am paying £5000 for them it took me over 3 years to save for them. Wot if that happens to me am I covers with Mya . I wonder did this lady go with Mya or mr Singh own clinic god I am very frightened now

girls stupid question to ask but WHAT IS bottoming out. im due to have 615cc or 700cc and with Mr Singh.. im not worried about my surgery, im worried bout having big implant and them dropping or sagging to quick im size 8=10 and not found anyone to see what the new boobies look like after having 600cc or 700cc so if any of u girls can help me out in any way be sooo greatful and would help me make up my mind of what size implant to go for.. thanks girls and MR SINGH IS AMAZING MAN.
