MR SINGH- Size idea's….

:PHey, im a size 10/12. Booked with Mr Singh for 14th september, meeting him on 20th July though so not had any size idea’s yet. Im a 34D at the moment, but want perking up and filling out abit more, Im thinking a E or F cup, but dont want to look massive! What implant size would u sugest?? xx :
