Much needed advice :)

Im very much new to this iv been on here quite a lot reading all your journeys and getting as much info as possible. Has my first consulation at the weekend and i have now got my consultation with Mr Singh on the 25th Jan. I wondered if any of you had your ops with Mr Singh at highgate.. if so did you get the results you wanted?? I have been told he is an excellent surgeon.. I just need some advice really on what to expect pain wise etc.. also how much did many of you pay??.. iv been told it varies depending on your procedure?? .. Some much needed advice would be very helpfull!!

I had mr Singh 4 weeks ago and think he is brilliant, I have come out a size bigger than I asked for but am happy about that. I paid
