    Hi girls,
I had my BA on the 29th March and my muscles have kept tightening which I can handle (just about). However in Saturday and today all of a sudden I can feel my muscle tighten so hard in my right boon it feels like it goes into some sort of spasm and my noob changed and the top sticks right out. It is so painful and as it changes it hurts my incisions and the pains go down my arm. Has anybody else had this or heard of this happening. It takes days to recover and feels bruised the following day. It is starting to scare me now xx

Hi Jo, i suffer from this too, im just over 12 months post op, i had issues from the start with pain and and a constant feeling of muscle flex but the actual muscle spasms didnt start till i was around 6 months post op, i also have issues with weakness in my arm, your very very early post op so hopefuly yours could just be the muscle repairing from the surgery and trying to adjust to accomodating the implant (im pressuming you had partial placement?)
If it continues then maybe contact your PC to ask advice if it becomes very troublesome, hopefuly it may have subsided by the time you have your surgeon follow up, who was your surgeon? And are you finding painkillers help at all
