    I cant believe it is all over and I am finally writing my story! :)

    Sorry, its a bit of an essay!

    * 5th Oct, Breast Augmentation

    * The Hospital Group, Dr Michael Payne

    * Was 36a – 460cc Unders, hoping to achieve full D cup +

    * 5ft 11, size 12

    So. My admission time was 8am on Wed 5th and as we had to travel 3 hours to the hospital me and my boyfriend decided it would be best to book a hotel for another night to save us having to get up at 4am on the morning of my op!

    I was getting increasingly nervous so didnt sleep overly well. Alarm went off at 7am so I got up and had my last shower & hairwash. Didnt take me long at all to get ready seeing as I wasnt allowed ANY make-up, deodrant, moisturiser etc! Set off for the Hospital. Couldnt believe how amazing the hospital looked when we arrived!! More of a luxury hotel, amazing reception with glass chandeliers. We checked in and waited around 30 minutes to be shown to my room. Lovely clean room with big plasma tv on the wall and wifi. I was right outside the reception desk which was ideal for when I rang my buzzer :)

    By about 9:30am my nurse came around to ask me some medical questions, take my temperature, blood pressure and measured my legs for those sexy stockings! She said I would be 3rd on the list so expect to go down to theatre at about 10:30am. OH MY GOD. The surgeon came to see me at around 10am, I signed some consent forms and he took some pictures. He jokingly said ‘dont worry, they are only for facebook’ Such a lovely man :) Then the anaesthetist came around, asked me some questions and went on his way. I then got dressed for theatre. Gown, paper knickers (horrid!) sexy stockings and paper hat. Such an attractive look!

    Said my goodbyes to my boyfriend and walked to theatre with the lovely recovery nurse Dave. Was feeling very nervous by this point! The theatre was so cold and clean. I was told to lie down with the back of my head on this rubber donut thing! Next thing I know they are putting a needle into my hand (which didnt hurt at all) and I can feel lots of cold stuff running into my arms then zzzzz and after a little dream I woke up. Couldnt believe it was over already! I was in alot of pain when I first woke up so they gave me some morphine. Then my face felt really greasy and incredibly itchy which I was told was normal. Ewww. I was so doped up so couldnt really keep my eyes open for more than a few seconds. They wheeled me back to my room where I continued to rest. Still very doped up so wasnt too fussed on looking at my boobs at the time! Had some coffee and marmite on toast when I came around a bit more, took me AGES to eat it but it felt nice to line my stomach with some food. Had naps here and there throughout the day. My boyfriend helped me up for a wee late afternoon and I decided it would be a good time to have a little peek at my new boobs! I burst into tears immediately! So overwhelmed and happy with the results :) Totally worth the money. At about 6pm I had a lovely risotto for dinner and icecream for pud.

    Boobs are getting increasingly swollen as the day goes on, still quite painful and the breast band was feeling really tight and uncomfortable. My throat also began to hurt alot from where they stuck a breathing tube down it in surgery. Didnt have a very good nights sleep. Got woken up at about 5:30am for breakfast, fruit and fibre and croissants. Took my antibiotics and then started to feel really weak and sick :( The surgeon came around to see me at about 7:30am and told me to stay as long as I needed and to stop taking the antibiotics for a while. I think it was just the massive concoction of different drugs and anaesthetic that did it. I had a nap and then after I started to feel better we left for home. Around 9am.

    Journey home wasnt very nice. Boobs are getting more and more swollen by the minute so every little bump that knocked them really hurt. The sides are ROCK hard and feel very tight. I hope this is all normal and cant wait for it to get better. I honestly expected it to be a lot less painful so its hit me quite hard, early days though and its still completely worth the money! Now im looking forward to healing and watching them change over the coming weeks :)

    Thanks for everyones help! I will be posting pictures over the next couple of days xx
