MY BA 3rd FEB Highgate MR ADAMO

my husband drove me to highgate and we arrived at 7.30 am, filled in some forms at the reception and was told by receptionist that we dont have to turn off our mobile phones in hospital but i am not allowed to take it into theather with me..lol
i asked him why would someone take their mobile into theather and he replied they had that in the past that a lady hid her mobile in her paper knickers and in the middle of the surgery it started ringing…surgeon and all the nurses where surprised where this noise comes from ..lmao

anyway my room 316 was lovely , nice and big , sky television and not what u would expect from a hospital, great thing is it was a single room soo no sharing…oh and it has a safe for your valuebles..lol

around 8.10 mr adamo came all smiling and drew his lines on me and said i look nervous , well, haha, he then took pictures and said the nurse and the anasthesist will come and see me and then i should be down in about an hour

nurse and anastesit came asked there questions got my paperknickers and the sexy stocking , bloodpressure as actually normal not raised at all….

my lovely nurse sheena came at 9.30 saying its time..kissed my hubby and went down to theaher

greeted by a nurse in the anastesist room and she told me nurse that i can come straight into theather.

so yes i walked into theather nervous but calm surrounded by mr adamo and the other nurses.
mr adamo said we are just waiting for the anestesist lady to come should take long: ok no problem i said, he then jokedaround saying or if you dont want to wait i can do it without GA and he said to the nurse to pass him da knife..haha knife yeah right…i said that if he does that i will be screaming from here to south london so he better waits..all relaxed , then the lady came and she put my the GA mask on instead of the cannula in vein…so that was great…

then a big gap in my memory

woke up in recovery room greeted by another nice nurse (they are all really nice ) and she said you all done….had a peek and could believe it…i felt great , had a bit of shiverring at that point but that didnt last long.

back in my room at 10.30 /yes only been away for an hour. with boobs, very happy but because i wasnt meant to get up i took pictures to be able to see my frontview/side view (mirror to far away) and i kept flicking between before/after pics and i cant believe i have boobs…so amazing

my nurse sheena was sooo great i actually showed her my before/after pictures and she said wow…she is quiet petite aswell so simpathy there.

painwise not much pain more discomfort /pressure felling, it feels like when the breastmilk comes after childbirth, and c’mon giving birth is much more of a rollercoaster than this in my opinion.

went home at 4 pm yesterday was given antibiotics and painkillera (mixture of co codamol and paracetamol) solutable painkiller as i cant swallow tablets.

6 pm i had my medicine and had a nap for an hour as i didnt sleep at all in hospital. feeling well and went to bed without the need of painkillers, but at 4am i had to wake my husband to go and get me them as i was in pain but as soon as i took it , pain was gone.

so far so good…..lovely experience..nothing to worry about…would do it again if needed….

i love them i absolutely love them , i trust mr adamo 100% , he is a specialist and a surgeon for 20 years , so knows what he’s doing

pain is managable , its like a hard pressure pain but its okay if u take the painkillers , then u dont feel any pain

emailed u ladies..i would really advise u to register on sofeminin.co.uk as it helped me alot there are so many girls sharing their experiences with different companies, surgeons and many of them are happy to show the password protected album…thats what i done in december and thats why i choose mr adamo this is a mya forum so initially i was very sceptical if i can trust replies on here but sofem is open for everyone and so many more girls on there..to be honest i rarely come on here but i am everyday on sofem

unsure about size probably large c / small d …. i dont need to wear a sports bra , so i wont get measuered until 6 weeks when it ok to wear underwired …its actually a good thing as they will still change soo much and i cannot be bothered buying new bras every other week
