My BA with Mr Adamo @ Highgate, 28th October!

Hey girlies here’s my story…

There was a lot of family drama the week leading up to my BA, my job has been threatened if I’m ‘too big’ so it’s been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster! I still don’t know if I’m jobless yet

I was phoned the day before surgery and told to be at the hospital for 2pm… The nurses at Highgate said it was a bit too early as I had a 4 hour wait… No food or drink since the night before, with my lovely BF eating and drinking in front of me! HaHa! :confused: (He waited as long as he could bless him, but it took so long for me to be taken into surgery- he had to eat!)
In that time I was seen by a couple of nurses doing the usual weight, height, BP, pulse checks, giving me the sexy DVT stockings paper knickers and all the rest…
Then in the evening Mr Adamo came to see me, but he hadn’t been notified that I’d changed the size and wasn’t sure if they even had the size in stock! I felt sorry for him cos he seemed to be frustrated that he hadn’t been informed of anything, and he’s so lovely! He did his drawings on me and said if they had the implant he would see me in theatre, if not I would have to go home… It’s a shame it was so disorganised, cos it caused a lot of stress

Anyway finally I was called into theatre yippee!! My BF was most upset that they were taking my bed away as he was looking to forward to playing about with the controls and relaxing while I was in surgery! (serves him right for eating in front of me haha!!) :bigsmile:
All the theatre staff were lovely and made me feel at ease (I didn’t have my contact lenses in so was blind as a bat!) I wasn’t nervous at all, just happy it was finally going ahead and frankly I was looking forward to going to sleep, was so tired lol! The anasthetic was great, felt like I was floating away……………..

Next thing I wake up, and nurse put the blow heater on to warm me up, put vasalene on my lips, and gave me WATER which was blisssss!! I asked her what they looked like and she said they were perfect for my frame, I had a peek- very happy to finally have my new boobies!!
I was taken back to my room, my BF waiting nervously…

I felt drowsy for about 20mins, then felt fine, apart from spaced out and dizzy when I got up, no pain, just uncomfortable. I was constantly chatting crap for a couple of hours, until my poor mentally drained BF went home! hahaha!

I wasn’t hungry at all, didn’t even have tea and toast but forced myself to eat a bit of dinner at about 9pm- swordfish and mash and some fruit. I didn’t need any painkillers so just took the temazipam to help me sleep………zzzzzzzzzz

I slept really well until nurse came in at 6:30am and took my stats, removed the needle in my hand and gave me some painkillers… I dozed a bit more, my breakfast arrived but I didn’t feel hungry, and then my BF arrived… I got washed up and dressed and little Mr Adamo came in and checked on me and said I could go home! Take a pillow to rest under your boobs and the seatbelt for the journey home and as everyone else says a V pillow is great…

I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Adamo cos he takes EVERYTHING into consideration and treats you as an individual, plus he’s very lovely and puts you at ease… If any of you girlies have him, put your trust in him and don’t worry!

Age-29
Height-5’4″
Weight-54kg
Pre op size- 30b/32a
Post op so far- fitting in a 32DD sports bra, so will prob end up 30D??
I had- 340HP Overs
(was going to have 410’s but with my job being threatened I had to go smaller, but they look huge to me at the mo, not sure how much they’ll shrink? I’m happy with this size so far, and my BF thinks they are max size I could go with them looking natural anyway! and that’s coming from a ‘boob man’ lol!)

Just to add I’m day 2 now…
I overdid it a bit yesterday and as a result I’m in more pain today, so a word of caution- even if you feel fine, take it easy!!!

My boobs feel heavy, and sore around the incisions, they also feel really far apart I’ve been assured they will get closer together as they drop though??

I’ve been taking pictures but havn’t uploaded them yet. I’ll notify you all when I have the pictures for you all to look at…

If you don’t hear from me for a while then it’s cos I’m having a nap zzzzzz :bigsmile:

Wo lovely 2 hear ur story YO YO, I was having mr chantarazak but now prob having mr adamo cus mr c poorly, so nice 2 hear that u reccommend him. Cus trying 2 get as much info about him at the mo going 2 c him on the 12th of nov my surgary booked 4 the 225th nov. Interesting 2 c what size he suggests 4 lol. Good luck with ur job if u dont mind me asking y wudnt your job allow the 410 cc. Thanx 4 ur story xx

Hey emmatyler,

You won’t be disappointed with Mr Adamo! Just tell him what you want to achieve and he will be honest with you, and tell you what you can expect with your body type, frame etc…

It’s because I’ve been working for my family, they said they will be too ashamed and embarassed if I turn up ‘too big’, so they said they would give me the sack if I’m too big! Even though I went for the smaller size, I know I’m still too big for their standards, so I’ll try to wear baggy clothes and see if I can get away with it… At the mo I’m happy with the size I am, as I think when they settle they will look natural and in proportion.

Origionally Mr A recommended either 340 or 380, but on hearing what others were saying I wanted to push for 410, but so far I’m happy with the 340’s as long as they don’t shrink too much!

Yes, i’m really glad that i chose him to do my op. I have pics on picturetrail too, so if you let me know your e mail then i’ll send you the password so you can look on there if you want to hun.
I think its quite normal for your boobies to be far apart to start with, so don’t worry. Just give them a few weeks and they’ll start to drop and soften up xx

They are amazing! They look COMPLETELY natural! No wonder you’re so happy! :rolling:
I think your’s will look more natural than mine anyway as you had more breast tissue to start with, but if mine turn out half as a good as yours I’ll be over the moon!!
I’ll get my pics on as soon as I feel a bit better…
