My Before Pics on Sofem – Your honest opinions please !

Hi, I’m booked in for 3rd MARCH to have 460 overs with Dr Adamo at Highgate hospital, London. I’m a saggy 34 c after having my son one year ago. I’m size 10, 5ft 6 inches ….

Firstly I went to see Dr Adamo thinking that I needed an uplift but he said because I have quite a lot of breast tissue If I have a large implant (he said either 460 or 525) and that would gently lift the boob anyway- now I agreed on 460 overs becauase I thought that was big enough but now I’m thinking shall I have the 525 as there are a lot of girls on here who all say go for the biggest offered ! Do you know if I can change the size now or is it too late?

My boobs have also got slight stretch marks and he said that the boob job would improve these lines and also my left boob is slightly smaller than my right (you will see in pics) and he said that the boob job won’t correct this but hopefully it don’t look to bad anyway ! Please see for yourself and honest opinions please … lol xxxx

hi Krysiemum, when i first went to see Mr Adamo, i thought i might need an uplift (breast fed 3 babies and felt empty) but he said that just implants would be fine. He takes lots of measurements hun, and i’m sure that if he said implants would fill you out without a lift, then you have to trust him, or get a second opinion? You have seen my pics and i was smaller than you, as only a small b cup, but i am very happy with mine now. It is a hard decision to make, why don’t you ask for both the 460 and 525 to be ordered, and let Mr Adamo decide on the day which one looks best? Good luck xx

We’re bout same stats too…Im 5’7 empty 34a/b’s and size 8/10….got consult with Mr A on Thur and then op same day as you…haven/t got a time yet but am booked in to saty the night…Let me know what time coz wud love to see ya and wish ya luck/ see how ya feelin if that wud be ok??? xxx btw got the same stretch marks too and currently when I bend forward resemble some eighty year old with wrinkly droopers 😥 Did you have chooice of ‘feel’?!! i.e soft touch…and round or teardrops?? Im gathering most people say round ones have natural drop to them anyway??? gonna check ya pics on so fem and will msg u there too bet they areen’t as bad as you think but then…mine devastate me at the moment :sad:xxxxx

Hey Cjc , sent you a message on Sofem ! ! Would be great to see you there (and boobs, lol) ………. My boobs don’t look too bad in pics but they are really soft and I know what you mean when you say you bend over! The lines are really noticable !!! I never had a choice of feel, Dr Adamo said that I should go for the most common (gel round ones if that makes sense) Anyway, I’ve messaged you on Sofem hun xxxx

I have just had a peek at your pics. I had stretch marks on my little boobies, before I had my ba, due to me having 4 little cherubs and breastfeeding 3 of them for a good period of time each. I had my ba in January 340cc unders nowhere near the size your having I know, but my stretch marks were quite bad before and I think they are less noticable now. Hi I’ve just had a look at your photos on sofem and i really don’t think they look very saggy at all. Personally I think you will get a really good shape with the 460s as you already have quite a lot of breast tissue. Are you having MHP or MLP? I think you have got a good breast shape to start with so whatever you choose will just be a bigger, fuller version. BTW, jealous of your toned flat tummy!!!!

i think your boobs look great, im sure what ever size you go to they will look really good! if i was you id go for the biggest size offered, as you naturally have large breasts so you will notice more of a difference and also wont regret you didnt go bigger once the swelling has gone down. I know all my friends now wish they could go bigger than what they chose x

Yours are not bad at all! You should see mine – they nearly touch the floor lol. They will look fab when they are done – I would go for the bigger ones xxx good luck

Lizzie – I just had a look at your boobs and they look loads bigger than what they did when they were first done, that proves that they do fluff !!! I really love the shape, nice and round, the work is fantastic, you def don’t look like you have had 4 children ! wow … What surgeon done yours ??? xxx

Cath0109 – what is MHP / MLP ??? All I know is that they are 460 overs ! lol … Or 525 if I choose that size !! So much to think about an so little time ! 1 week tomorrow !!! aahhhh but so so excited

Aww thanks, thats very kind of you!! Mr Traynor done my BA. I go and see him this Thursday for my 6 week post op check. Hopefully I get the go ahead to go bra shopping!! I can’t wait!! Just to let you know that I see the nurse today and I also ordered the 525 implant as well so on the day of op (next week) I can decide on wither 460 or 525, both will be there available …. I still think 525 because I don’t want to be disappointed ! lol xxx

if u think its approx 150cc per cup size on a 34″ back so would take u to around an e/f, alot of the girls on these forums are very slight build and had virtually nothing to begin with and average around 32″ back which would take u to prob a g cup. As u are a bit wider u should be able to pull off the 525cc without looking false as with overs u can see the implant rim if not enough breast tissue but from what u said u have plenty so shouldn’t get rippling. Altho u have to remember your boobs are already saggy the heavier the implant when placed over the muscle the quicker it falls altho even the natural big busted ladies and not immune to gravity lol. Overs look great at 25 but u will tucking them in your belt at 35 esp if you have more children. Alot of my friends needed reop later or to switch to unders as the muscle holds the implant for longer.
I had 700cc unders 4 weeks ago with mr singh but he couldn’t fit a larger one in which i wanted around 800cc but glad now as got measured last week and am 32gg and am struggling to get a reasonabley priced bra, no more
