My boob adventure! ???

Hi girls, so I’m doing this post because reading everyone’s stories helped me massively so I hope to help you lot on the run up to your new boobies! I’ll try and keep it short and sweet!
So, I’ve had odd boobs for as long as I can remember and I’ve lost a lot of confidence through this, sick of going into the shops and not being able to pick up what I want from worry of trying to get a bra to stop people noticing! I hate taking off my bra in the bedroom cos it’s very noticeable! But, I took the plunge, saved my arse off and now I’m one day post op and could not be happier! ❤

My admission was 3pm, I was last on the list! My friend took me and stayed with me as I was a day case, I got there just before 3pm and I was dying for a wee!! The lady on reception told me to wait as they needed a wee samples for the routine pregnancy test! So I sat in the waiting area for about 10 mins, a nurse came down to get me and my friend and snowed me to my room! Rooms are very basic but clean and fresh! TV with lots of channels and your own bathroom! The nurse give me some glorious paper knickers, stocking and gown! I let her know I was on a light period and she got me a sanitary towel as you’re not allowed to use tampons. She let me keep my own knickers with paper ones over! I propped my self on the bed then from then to 5:30 there was nurses in and out going over the same questions etc. Got a bit repeatative but we’ll worth it! I had Mr Traynor at Preston, he came in drew on me, we decided on 450HP in my smaller boob and 350HP in my larger one! From him drawing on me, it took 40mins for a nurse called Anne to come and get me, I was petrified at this point and from the second she was with me she made me feel right at ease! I got my canula put it which was my biggest fear and it was a doddle! U then got wheeled into theatre and I was getting nervous but both Anne and the anesthesist both comforted me, the strapped me to some machines asked if I had any piercings, which I did, put I’d replaced with plastic, they were happy for me to keep them in! Then the next thing I know my arm feels tingly and Anne says “you’re in safe hands, we’ll look after uou” then I wake up with boobs in recovery! I was back in my room for just after 6:30! I had no pain at all really, the only way I can describe it is, when you have a cut and you get in the bath and it stings, that’s what my incisions felt like! I was on a drip which was to fight any infection and to keep my hydrated. I was starving and didn’t feel sick, the nurse told me I had to wait until I could get a sandwich but she got me some custard creams I had one and started to feel a little queasy, I supped my water like it was a gin! Haha! My friend said I went pale but it last half hour, and I was fine again! I had another biscuit and I was feeling great again! Nurses were in and out every half hour to check my blood pressure etc all was fine! I then got a nurse called Judith! She was brilliant I loved her.. down to earth and funny! My drop felt like it was taking forever so she turned it up, she asked if I wanted a sandwich but I said no cos all I could think about was a burger king so she helped get up, I had to have a wee and I changed my knickers and freshened up! I had no struggle really I managed to dress myself and walk around and the nurse was happy so she discharged me! She took my canula out which I had worked mysekf up about but it was literally nothing! Bruise on my hand today is another story haha! She helped me put my macom on which is a perfect fit filled a few forms out and she give me antibiotics, paracetamol anf ibroufen. I asked what I’d had so far and she said nothing! So I wasn’t on and pain relief of was shocked cos I just felt fine!! I took 2 ibroufen before setting off for the journey home and I was good to.go! It was 10pm when I got on the road and it was straight forward! I went to McDonald’s and I felt even better haha! Got home and into bed and I was out like a light, not a fan of this sleeping and it’s only been one night! My back is aching with the angle I’m laying! But it’s worth it! Woke up this morning expecting to be stiff/pain but nothing, and ice still not had any meds. Been for a wee, just feels like I’ve had a heavy chest day at the gym! So I’m. Booked I to get my nails back on at 10am and I’m just going to chill out! ? sorry about the long post, but your posts really helped me! I’ll attempt to attach photos! This photo is straight after op, I had no drains or bandages. I’ll try and get one from today when I’m up and sorted. Feel free to ask me absolutely anything! ? xxx

It definitely isn’t I was worked up.over nothing! He said my boobs/nipples are odd atm due to them being different size implants! So can’t wait for them to even out! Haha! Patience us a virtue! Xx

Hahaha! Damn phones! It’s fine.
Honestly I feel like a new woman it’s crazy! I’m not in pain at all! I wish I done it sooner now! Zx

@nikki I’m so glad you did this post! I love other people’s stories, it’s just makes me so excited!
Your boobs look amazing btw, can’t I,agin waking up and looking down to perfect big boobs ??

Because there’s 100cc difference between the implants they are quite odd today, I cried a little when I looked cos I felt like they were a bigger version of what I had before! ? but, I showed my friend and she’s put my mind at ease! I’m only 2day PO and they’re still swollen and I’ve got a long way to go! I’m just excited to see the finished look! But I’ll definitely keep you updated! And I’m still yet to.feel any pain! I’ve hardly had any pain killers just my antibiotics. I was only given paracetamol anf ibroufen but I’ve not needed them. Only thing I’m struggling with is the sleeping just because I can’t get comfy!xx
