my Boobie story 21/4/12 @ highgate

Hi girls, so set off yesterday at 6.30am for admission time of 9.30am we got there an hour early so had to wait in reception which was fine staff were all very friendly, was shown to my room dead on 9.30 was nice n very clean. Nurses shortly came round and gave me a preg test to do,gown, paper knickers to wear (sexy)nurse made me laugh she called them ann summers finest haha x Shortly after that the lovely dr fallahdar came in to take pics of my pre-op skanky boobies n did his markings he said i would b goin down in around 45mins. I cant say i was really nervous or excited lol it was weird i didnt feel anything like it wasnt actually happenin i just chilled on the bed watching the tele till they was ready for me.Last thing i remember was looking at the clock in the anesthetic room n it was 11:50, n then i woke up talking crap to the poor man in the recovery room 😳 lol x I was bought back to my room n my hubby was waiting was so happy to see him i couldnt stop looking at them i still cant now. Later on the nurse came round n gave me some tea n toast she did i ask if i wanted a proper meal but didnt really feel like eating, so had that was in n out of sleep for a little while. then got up n dressed nurse helped me put sports bra on which is really comfy at the mo.Shortly after that she asked how i felt n if i felt i was ready to go home which i was so got my medicines was given book in what implants i had etc. Dr fallahdar came round to check on me before i left he had a feel of boobs n i thought they were really swollen but he said no not a lot of swelling which is good, he said he was happy to let me leave, my husband n i couldnt of thanked him enough, he is such a nice man he generally just cares about making you happy which was so reassuring. We left the hospital a 5.45pm. padded my self out with a pillow n duvet so didnt feel the bumps too much we first had to drive to Brighton to my dads to pick my lil boy up then onwards home to Hastings so overall travel time was around 2hours 40mins x Took my tablets last nite before bed but i woke up around 4.30am felling very sore so had some more tablets which soon kicked in n i continued to drift in and out of sleep cant say i slept fully all nite. Woke up properly at 6.15 getting out of bed was fairly easy just felt really stiff n like i had someone sitting on my chest, dont feel too bad this morn just stiff n achy. Thankyou to everyone who has helped me. PRE-OP:34c had 340cc overs currently wearing a 36E xx will b posting pics later on 2day, would appreciate a lil message before adding. Thankyou so much to everyone it really was a breeze n would do it all over again x

Wow, you make it sound really easy, I hope it’s the same for me…I’m hoping to go to Highgate in August to have mine done. Meeting Mr Singh next month. I’ve been told as I live over 2 hours from the hospital I need to stay within an hour if I am a day case, Did you not have to? I’m sure I’d just want to get home to my own bed! Happy healing.xx

i live 3 hours from the hospital and am having mine as a daycase, u just cant use public transport after and need someone to stay with u
