my boobie story 22nd sept @ fitzroy with mario russo :) x

Hi girlies just thought i would post my story as i am feeling a little bit better today.

before left breast an a cup and right breast was a b ish maybe a small c.

also i have a problem with my rib cage protruding or something.

I had 410 in left breast and 260 in the right unders mhp.

Well my admission time was 11 am so my partner and myself stayed in a hotel the night before as coming from south wales was a bit of a treck, we got to the hospital at 10 and asked could we go in and wait rather than wondering around outsid,e and the lady on reception phoned the nurse who came down and said not a problem and took me to my room which was lovely. My nurse was called maria and she was fab, she said i was last on mario’s day patients list, i was a bit gutted but thought nevermind it wont be that bad. But before i knew it Mario came in and drew all over me and discussed size again and he said he would see me soon i got changed into the sexy stockings and gown and then a lovely lady came in called sarah who was doing the GA (sorry cant spell the other word) she went through a few things and said i was next, so im mega excited and nervous now.

They came in to walk me to theatre about 11.45 which was really quick as i thought i was last, i remember the GA going in and very quickly going to sleep. next thing i wake up in recovery and the first thing i do is feel my boobies and have a little look and thought they dont look that big, it was about 1.10 pm and i was in alot of pain so the nurse gave me more morphine and a lovely heater thing up my blanket as i was shivering. i had a little bit of a cry dont know why really lol. then they weeled me back to my room where my partner was waiting for me i could not believe how much pain i was in tbh. I had more pain relief and a cup of tea and then i asked the nurse to help me to the toilet well omg i could not believe the pain when i stood up, my boyfriend said i went white and i was all hot and sweaty and thought i was gonna pass out the burning pain in my boobs was horrendous.

I had some lunch well a 3 course meal it was lovely but i couldnt eat much of it so my boyfriend helped me lol. time was getting on now about 8 o clock and i thought is mario gonna come and see me as i didnt know wether i had overs or unders or even what implant size i had because of the size difference etc. i was getting a bit agitated so i pressed the button and the nurse came in and i asked when he was gonna come and see me, she said im afraid hes gone he doesnt really see his patients afterwards its just the nurses now. i burst out crying and thought this was quite bad considering how much money i had spent and i chose mario because so many people had recommended him on his after care to his patients, well i was gutted and disappointed to say the least, the nurse didnt even know what implant i had or any thing and i said well when will i find out then and she said in my follow up appointement, i was so upset at this point i just wanted to go home but i felt i was not well enough to go back to the hotel as i was still in horrendous pain.

10 mins later mario phoned my room to speak with me the nurse must have contacted him so say i wasnt happy but i was too upset to speak so he rang back 5 mins later and he explained to me that he thought all his day patients had gone and he was very sorry, he went through what implant size i had and told me he couldnt do overs as id requested as i wanted 410 in the smallest breast it was impossible, so it was unders i had which i gathered due to all this pain i was in. i explained i was not well with the pain and he said stay the night and he would come and see me in the morning i said great thankou and i felt better having spoken with him. well the nurse came in then and i said that mario said to stay rhe night and she then replied well they might charge u for that like 4 0r 500 pound, she said i have to tell u this so that u know u could get sent an invoice in the post. i thought great im in absolute agony and now i got to go in a taxi back to the hotel coz i wern’t prepared to pay all that extra. so i had some more pain relief and they booked me a taxi about 11pm, the nurses and all the staff at fitzroy hospital were all lovely and could not fault them. i enjoyed the experience but it was bloody painful i think id rather have given birth again lol.

I just want to say a big thankyou for all your advice and support over the last few months u have all been great i will put some pics up soon i need to find my lead first tho lol.

Hi adele it was good to read your story, I’m pre-op and it makes it more realistic to know what I might need to expect. I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with things but at least he got in touch I suppose. Has the pain subsided or have you been taking meds since your op? Hopefully you’ve got lots of time to rest now x

yes ive been taking my meds around the clock and it is easing slightly and ive been trying to move about a bit because i find if i sit/lay down for too long the pain is worse then when i get up. but yeah plenty of rest my bf is a star does everything for the kids so i can rest up xx
