My Boobies are here! My Story ladies!

Before I went to have my operation, I read about a million posts on here and it really helps to understand what to expect and to prepare myself of the pain I was about to have!

I had my op with Dr Kazzazi in the natural look clinic in Doncaster on the 10/4/15. (350 cc high profile unders)
My admission time was 8:30 which my co-ordinator rang me with 2 days before.
The clinic was very clean and bright and was welcomed by the lovely staff and shown to my room. I came with my best friend and she was loving life on the couch with loads of magazines provided and a TV. They even asked her if she wanted a cup of tea which was torture as I wasn’t allowed to drink 2 hours prior to surgery!

I was sat down ten mins just about to text my boyfriend to let him know I was there and well taken care off , when the cheery nurse came in to check my blood pressure and introduce herself. She gave me paracetamol to kick start the pain killers and explained the procedure and the after care. I had to do a wee sample to check I wasn’t pregnant. I was then given the gorgeous gown and socks to put on. Bit of advice bring big pants as the gown is backless and see through! (Your allowed to keep your pants on)

The anaesthetist came in 10 mins after the nurse to explain how the sedation works and if I had any questions. She was very thorough in her explanation and I had no further questions. I was not under general anaesthetic instead was under sedation which is what puts you into a deep sleep. They use this in day cases as you come round a lot quicker and can go home quite soon after.

The surgeon came in after to draw on me and show me my new boobs in there box, he checked that I was still happy to go ahead and wether I had any more questions. I had no more questions and was still really excited.

The nurse came in at 9:10 to say they were ready for me and to bring my pyjamas as they would dress me after the surgery. (They suggest loose clothing) I walked into the operating room which was very clean and bright, reminded me of the dentist. There were 3 nurses and the anaesthetist there all were really chatty and made me feel so at ease. They strapped me into the chair by my arm just incase I wriggled when I was put to sleep. The anaesthetist put the canular into my hand it wasn’t painful at all just a sharp scratch. It was in there about 2 minutes and I started to feel dizzy and then I was fast asleep! I came round about 11 am to my friend looking at me worried. She said I had fell asleep on my side and was concerned I had squashed my boobs haha!

I felt fine when I woke up, it felt like I had something heavy sat on my chest but no unbearable pain. The nurse came in to let me have a few sips of water, but I was so thirsty that I drank it all and spewed it back up 5 mins later. (Quite normal after you have anaesthetic) the nurse brought me some tea and toast after and said when I feel I can move about the. I’m ready to go home. The surgeon came in to say everything went great and when I felt ready I could go home.

I was so giddy and excited I jumped out that bed straight away and was in the car home at 12:30!

The first few nights are uncomfortable I had back ache from sleeping upright. But never once was I in unbearable pain where I couldn’t do anything. By day 4 I had walked to my local shop and had lunch with my friend on day 5.

Yesterday I had my strapping taken off 1 week post op and they look amazing. My boyfriend was shocked at how big they were but I reassured him they will soften and drop. He said the cuts weren’t as bad as he imagined them to be, he saw them when the nurse took off my dressing.

I am now required to wear a sports bra 24 hours a day for 5 weeks which is a massive relief to how tight that strapping is! I will continue to upload photos on my profile please message me and I will then accept you”

I must have just missed you! I had mine on 10th and natural look, i had my op at 7:30 and left around same time as you!! Xx

Just been reading this post and its making me even more want to go ahead and have a consultation! I have been look into Natural Look Clinic in Doncaster as its quite close to me. Would you recommend? eg will they advice me on whats best for me etc? I dont know if i am too young as of yet, only 19 years old (nearly 20!)?! Also, are they reasonable priced there?

Glad it’s helped you Maddie, I felt the same as you before! I had a great time at the clinic and would definitely go again. The clinic you would need to go to would be Leeds as you only go to Doncaster on the day of the operation. The girl I spoke to for my consultation was so lovely she still texts me now to see how I’m getting on! If your unsure there’s no harm in going, it’s a free consultation and they will let you try on implants so you can choose what you think is best for you! Xxx
