My current breasts – 5 years old.. Upgrading to larger

Had my first breast operation done 5 years ago in sydney and am hoping to do a second op in 2 weeks for larger breasts, maybe double size of current size with same natural look (but larger).. picture of current breasts for view – before 2nd op!

Hush: just uploaded pic to view not sure on surgeon yet.. Got consultation on mon 14 feb at 10am! Girl I spoke to said there was a few that they have in mind for the natural look

Khanni: have a look at my pic, I want maybe double that.. Same look.. Bigger, slightly out of portion but still very natural look. Not sure with surgeon but I should find out on Monday. With regards to size, it’s hard to say as I am currently a 32D. I’m 5’2 (158cm) and am athletic build so quite small frame anyway. I just want my new breast to look bigger on me.. But still not get in the way when I exercise and do active things.

I don’t want to go huge.. My friend had him as he likes doing big breasts. I want bigger than what I got, probably as big as I could with still looking natural. So medium profile I think would be good. Which is why I think double what I’ve got now would be ideal.

I just uploaded pic of when I had them just under 2months old.. They did settle perfectly over time. I want the same thing to happen this time round.
