Hi All – Now Day 4 post op and feeling loads better so thought I would let you all know how it went!
I went with Transform and my op was 1st April 2010 with Mr Mounir. I had never been to a hospital and never had an anaesthetic before ?
I was picked up in a lovely car at 7.20am from Newcastle and driven down to Abbey Pines Hospital, Manchester by our fantastic driver. I was in the car with another girl (Nicola) from the next town to me and we talked all the way there. The driver was also surprisingly knowledgeable about the whole op experience and made us both feel so at ease!
