1DPO-7DPO: Full disclosure, it was the week from HELL. The strapping was cutting into my skin, I felt claustrophobic and suffocated by it, I had extremely bad sickness and couldn’t even keep water down, sleeping was agony, sitting was agony, standing was agony. I couldn’t dress myself, couldn’t go to the toilet by myself. Truly awful few days

8DPO: I had to come off my antibiotics as they were causing my sickness so that had subsided, and I had my strapping off which I then realised was what had caused the majority of my agony. Felt much more happy and myself again and could do more things for myself. Sleeping was still painful and uncomfortable but the days were so much better. Also went back to work (office job) and had no problems 🙂

14DPO: Stitches out! Got my first proper look at my boobs without all the dressings and fell in love, all the pain was so worth it. By this point I could dress myself, drive and shower so was happy and myself again! Sleep became more comfortable, noticed tingly feelings in my nerves.

3WPO: Still so so happy with my results. Sleeping so much better but every time I wake up I’m on my side. I fall asleep on my back but wake up on my side no matter what, wearing my macom on tightest setting every night so hoping it’ll be ok but ringing PC tomorrow to check! Besides that everything is great and I’ll upload some pics below!

Throughout my entire recovery I’ve had no bleeding, absolutely NO bruising anywhere (which seems really odd?) and it’s just gotten better and better each day 🙂

Any questions just ask, I had so much help on here before my op and it made a world of difference so want to do what I can to help others now I’m the other side 🙂
