My husband is scared of my nipples.

He says they are terrifying. He said he’s ok w the other scars just not the nipples as the look stuck on. Can anyone tell mE when they calm down and look natural again ? ;( xxxxx

Once you have fully healed and your scars start to fade properly your nips will look fine hun…mine looked awful at first but now they just look how they used to do, mine looked like blobs for the first few months lol xx

Hahaha Hun mine said exactally the same … Mine are looking fine now and I’m 4 weeks po … Still not back to normal but not hideous anymore ……..xx

Mine said they look better shape then they were, more symmetrical. However he did say they do looklike a patchwork quilt at the moment! They look better everyday though.

Haha!!!! Glad to see right said Fred has his rightful name back;) laracroft I like the patchwork quilt analogy! And I hope four weeks isn’t standard for healed looking less s scary nipples as I’m four weeks yesterday!!!!!!!! I still have stitches hanging out too!!!!

I’ve still got a stitch hanging out of my right nipple! Thought they all should have dissolved. Dont want to pull it in case the whole lot comes undone! Lol x

Hi, i had mine on may 24th and they looked hideous and i cried everyday! dont worry they will start to look good soon and you will love them. i kept mine hidden from my boyfriend for a good month as i thought it might send him running for the hills! do they look like if you were not careful you could pull a nip off? xx

ahh bless you! they will get better week by week they start to look like boobs again, i thought i had made a dreadful mistake for about the first month but love them now never had such firm boobs! happy healing! xx

Hi girls … The nurse will trim the hanging out ones as anything not in the skin won’t dissolve … That’s what the nurse told me as she trimmed all mine to skin level xx

Oh good. I’ll fight the urge to give it a yank then!!! Boobs 4 weeks old tomorrow. Still feel that they’re gonna fall out if I bend forward!

i always fake tan my legs and it does make me feel better xx

i agree a spray tan always helps, or a few sunbeds. whenever i have a spray i always feel a dress size smaller!
