My New Boobs Manchester 27.7.10 MR Traynor 410 Unders

Hi Ladies,

Just thought id share my boob experience. I had my BA on Tuesday at the Manchester Lifestyle with Mr Traynor. After years of wanting boobs i finally booked myself in, measuring 34AA I was told with 410 unders I would achieve a large C small D.

My initial consultation with Mr T was short and to the point, I dont think he is much of a people person although his reputation for being one of the best left me feeling confident.

On the day of my surgery I arrived at the Manchester Lifestlye hospital and was shown to my room by a very nice porter and given menus to pre order food id like. (although I wasnt really thinking about meals at the time)

A short while later a nurse came to do my admission and run through my details and check my blood pressure etc, i was told that there were 3 other ladies before me and I would be late afternoon to go down to surgery current time 11:30. After a few hours Mr T came to see me and drew on me, again short and sweet but put my mind to rest that it would be fine.

At 3:15 the nurse came to get me to walk down to the theatre, at this point I admit I was very worried partly because I diddnt know what to expect and worry if anything went wrong.

In the theatre the surgeons assistants were lovely and very reassuring, tooka bout 10 minutes to prep then next thing i knew i was waking up in recovery.

Feeling very relaxed, Id been told that Id have a huge pressure on my chest when I woke up but It wasnt really that bad.

I had a peek at my boobs and my initial reaction was … they are too small, and a very odd shape.

A few hours later Mr T came to check my boobs in my room and said everything had gone fine and they are just the right size for me.

I explained that I was worried they were so pointy and small, he said not to worry they will settle into position and its perfectly normal.

The next day I was discarged from hospital after Mr T had seen me, again I asked about how pointy my boobs were and he said just wait and see.

The ride home was a little sickening as having to sleep upright had given me a bad back and the skin on my boobs is pulled so tight my shoulders were hunched. I stayed in bed all of the next day and most of the 2nd day post op. By day 3 my boobs were feeling ok, very tight, hard and high up and still pointy but the main pain was with backache and tense muscles.

On waking up this morning my back has eased a little, my boobs are slightly less pointy and dont feel as tight as day 2 or 3 but can now feel where ive had stitches a little more.

Im looking forward to next week seeing the nurse and checking my stitches as Im panicking about getting an infection. Im sure It will all abe fine,

Just wanted to share my boobs so far as I wasnt aware of the alien boobs Id wake up with initially but now I can tell that they will settle into place.

Congratulations on your new boobies!! They’ll change over the next few weeks matey so don’t be panicking! I was quite lucky as mine have slotted into place nicely.

I’m the same as you; can’t wait until next Friday to get the bandages off to make sure all is ok.

Hi leanne, Nice to read your story and I hope your feeling better now and had a good sleep. I’m having my op on Wednesday at Manchester and I’m not sure whether to have the 410s or 380s. I’m also a 34aa and want to achieve a big c small d. My surgeon has recommended the 380 unders but said he would do the 410s if I wanted them. I’m 5’2″ 7stone7 and was just wandering what your stats where and if you’ve got full c / small d. I don’t want to regret the size I choose and I’ll be gutted if I don’t reach a full c. Any recommendations? xx

Hi tracey, you are a lot smaller than myself i am 5’5″ and 10 stone size 12, as i cant get measured just yet im not sure on size they look to be a large C small D. If i had the 380 i think they would have been too small on my frame but the 410s look just right. For your size I think the 380s will be perfect. Remember being so small there is not much skin to stretch and fit the implant in. I think I have really pushed it going for the 410 becasue they are still soooo tight, but looking better everyday.
