my nose is getting me down

ive wanted a nosejob for many years now since i was at the start of high school.. im just getting so down about it now. I have my second part of consultation with dr g next tuesday, im excited but at the same time just want it done nowwww .. money is a problem, i am saving but £4800 that ive been told its going to cost. its alot for me to save when i only earn 800 a month .. has anyone had theres done with as low income or can anyone help with some adivce on what they done ect ? x thankyou

you could try money supermarket.com and try and get a loan, this is what im having to do for my ba xx

Have you considered the MYA piggy bank scene? You pay a monthly amount very month, in my case it can be as low as £150, you do this for 6 months then it shows you are able to make the monthly payments and you can use MYA finance for the rest on %0 onterest for first 2 years. Obviously on a low salery it will take awhile to pay back but it sound slike it something you realy want.

The consultant will go through finance with you.

Marshmalo, looks like u were told the same bollocks as me. I am 6months down the line and have now been told they dont wnt give u finance, if youve got bad cred then uv got bad cred. I am now having to fork out the rest when really after all those six months i wish id put more in (my pc told me i cud put as little as £80 in etc LOL) speak to head office, they will tell u exactly the same, saves ya the heartache 6months down the line xx

Oh crap well thats a downer, yeah when she was telling me all this I thought it all sounded abit too easy! Did you meet every payment on time? Would they have let you get the finance if you had put more in per month then?

I thought the whole idea of the piggy bank was so you could prove that you can afford the monthly repayments, they should realy make this more clear rather than getting peoples hopes up. I have bad credit aswel but I’m hoping to improve it in the next 8 months (before my suposed op date), I’ve been looking on that money expert site to try and find ways to improve my credit rating but I have no idea whether 8 months is enough time.

If u have bad credt, ur file is harmed for 6years and then u stil have to build it up i looked at all these options too no, when it came to it, they asked me if i had gurantor LOL if i had one of these i wudn av waited bloody 6months!!! I wernt very happy. But iv managed to lend money now. Xx

I had a nose job when I was 21. I had just got a job as a junior designer on £7500 a year… we are going back a few years like but I saved every last penny. It cost me £2700 and it was THE BEST £2700 I have spent ever ever ever. If I knew now what I did then I would gladly give up my lovely 4 bedroomed detached house with it’s south facing garden and 4 bathrooms for the nose job!! It was the best thing ever. Even better than the boob jobs (addict me never!).

My nose job seriously changed my life. Just get a loan, do whatever it takes. You will not regret it. I only wish I started saving at 16 instead of 20!

if your credit score is ok but u get refused for a loan try for a credit card with a 0% promotion on purchases that’ll save you on interest for a while. xx

Try a credit union in your area..thats what i’m doing xx

you can try get the finance with a company called first medical loans you can get a Guarantor on there with you my mum is on mine xx

its like a union that lend u money. With mine u have to live in the area where the union is. They are cheaper than normal loans but u still have to prove u r good with money so with mine i am saving up for 3 months and until after xmas, then gonna set up a direct debit and then make an application for my £3000 loan, gonna save up £1000 first..my bf is gonna give me £200 a month 2wrds it should have a £1000 in four months cnt wait xx

UPDATE: My PC got in contact with me last week, she tried to get me accepted by First Medical Loans but I was declined

I’m going to continue making the payments to Mya Piggy Bank for the next 6 months then shes going to contact FMLs and put in a good word for me and then, hopefuly, I’ll be accepted!

Girls…. MYA have now got a new loans people they use! I was told id have to do a joint application with frist medical loans … but the new loans people accepted me straight away over the phone xx
