My PC Lisa at Bristol ROCKS!!

Just had to share the love really!

She is amazing, even tho ive booked the op and paid some of it she txts and calls every now and then out of the blue.

Lots of people say as soon as they have paid/booked they dnt hear from PC again and aftercare is rubbish but she is great!

She just called me to congratulate me on going bigger today as i missed her sat at my consultation- lol getting excited now xx

I Have Lisa to she is so lovely !! Really good at texting Back and phone calls xxx

I have Amy who is fab also! But when Amy was away, Lisa would text me and sort the little things out that needed to be done before my op. They are both fantastic girls, and I would recommend Bristol clinic to ANYONE. I have to travel 2 1/2 – 3 hours to the Bristol clinic, but I would do it over and over again!!

i have Lisa and she was fantastic pre op, now i’ve had it she doesn’t want to know didn’t call me to say good luck, didn’t even call to see how it went and how i was doing.

The only thing i’ve had since is her trying to get me to get more people in and telling me i had to change my appointment date for my 3 month check with Mr C, the day before!!! i had already booked train tickets and the day she wanted me in, i’m on holiday. not very impressed any more

on a plus side, Kate the nurse is lovely and cant do enough for you xx

jade i feel exactly the same but i have been left with crappy results and have had to wait 3 weeks to see him, yet they got me in the next day when i wanted to have them done x

oh no!! i find if I txt or email she always responds ASAP. she just called today to see how I was getting in and how I got on with mr c on sat and she was really happy for me that I pushed for a bigger size!

Perhaps MYA should introduce an employee of the month award,to give the PCs that show service excellence to their customers the recognition they deserve,Im sure you would all vote for them,It would make them feel appreciated.xxx

Hi Tina Yeah def!!! I would vote for Lisa for def, she put me at ease the min I went for my inital meeting with her, I know people would say that this is fake behaviour but I genuinely think she is a nice person, ive even emailed her and texts her when she is on holiday or not working and she still replies.
