My poor poor nippys :(

Today is day 6 and my nipples have decided to go bright red and the skin feels rough around them and sore- it might be because Ive been wearing a top for the first time since my op and Im not allowed to wear a sports bra at all..

Anyone else had this and did you put any magic cream on them??? Am I allowed to? Ive got some fantastic savlon special healing cream but I dont know whether Im supposed to use it

if there really bad you should be able to put something on then, just make sure you keep it away from yous wounds to avoid infection, im 12 days post op today and i have a weird feeling in my right wound cant really explain it gonna see how the rest of the morning goes and maybe ring nurse if it gets any worse, kinda like it opening or summin when i move in a certain way ugh x x
