My story, 13/3 at preston. Reaug, 470 unders with full anchor lift, surgeon, Mario Russo!

Hi girls, as some of you will prob know i got given the PIPs by Mya just over four years ago so this has been the re op to remove and replace them with an uplift into the bargain (which ive been worried about getting but decided what the hell!). My admission was origionally for 7.30 yesterday but then i got a call mon avo to say it had been changed to 12 mid day which i was quite happy with cos it gave me chance to take my daughter to school and have a brew, etc. I got to preston first trust at 11.30 and was taken to the day room to wait for my bed to come back from theatre. The hospital is really nice and quaint and the staff are really lovely there. Not long after i was taken to my room and the nurse did my admission and then left me to get my gown on and relax, i decided to leave the sexy stockings and paper knickers off till nearer the op time! After a couple of hours the doc came to see me and took a few details, followed by the anethsatist who told me i was last on the list and would’nt be going to theatre till about half 5, 6. By this point i was gagging for a drink having not drank since 6 a.m, so he said i could have a small glass of water to sip. Inbetween times mario came in and did his sketching on my boobies ready for the uplift and then it started to feel a bit more real. By now i could feel myself getting a bad head ache which i guessed was down to dehydration and i started to feel really shitty cos it was like my brain was in a vice! I told the nurses, and since it wasnt quite time for the op they decided to put me on a drip with some fluids to rehydrate me. The nurse who came from theatre to do this was so lovely and reassuring and the fliuds worked like magic, started to ease it within ten mins which was a relief! I then got told at quarter to 6 i was finally being done. Walked to theatre and got onto the trolley and was told i was being given a cocktail of strong painkillers in my arm which would make me feel drunk (so i thought bring it in, lol) but it didnt have any effect even though they waited for a while . Then i watched the anesthatist puttin the knock out meds in my hand and got a horrid taste in my mouth and off i went! Woke up around an hour and half later and was in a bit of discomfort but was given some morphine and cocodomol and was fine after that. Have to say i didnt feel like eating so i missed out on the gorgeous food i keep reading about at preston, and i didnt get much sleep cos cudnt really relax. The drips came out early this morning and that felt so much better and i hav’nt had much pain since. I also asked to keep my old PIPs which thankfully are intact, weird to look at them and think they were my boobs for over 4 years . Up to now im pleased with my once again pert boobs, and cant wait till the dressings come down next week so i can get a better look! xxx
