My story 15/12/11 with Mario Russo

Hi girls!!

Can’t believe I’m actually putting my story up on the forum!

My stats were:34b I’m 5’8 and 9 stone.

Implant: 375 responsive range.

Here it goes!!!!……..so me and my boyfriend drove up night before to stay in a hotel as was told admission time was 7.30 at highgate in London, do got a hotel 5 mins up the road. Was fine that night not nervous altho woke up around 4 in the morning and had a little panic to myself then told myself to stop being sill and quickly went back to the land of nod!!

Woke up just before 6.30 got ready and jumped in a taxi at 7, taxi drive could talk for bloody England!!! Then asked who we were visiting at the hospital ( thought my big bag and dressing gown would of been a give away it wa me!) my bf said oh just a friend! He replied is she having a boob job?! They do loads here!! Always pick up girls after with their big enlargements! Me and my bf stayed quiet was far to early lol anyway arrived at the hospital got to the desk to be told I wasn’t on the list??! Sorry what?! Your not on my list do you have the right day?? Now for anyone who knows me I am some what of a scatter brain but think I know when my op is! Only been counting down for 4 months!! ( altho I did have a panic as it’s somethinngbi would do!)

Rung my pc no answer. Receptionist said Mario wasn’t working here today?? Ok now I’m scared what is going on? I asked if she could check the other hospital, so she did and yep I was meant to be there! And at 9.30 not 7.30!

At this point I cried haha think nerves and relief all at once!

I apologised as I did kick off at her and I know it had nothing to do with her! The lovely lady ordered me another taxi and off I went!

Finally arrived at fitzroy hospital at 7.50 and I was the first one there which meant I got moved to the first op

Everything from this point whent quick!! Questions after questions (most of them the same) then I was asked to gown up at 9, Mario came in took some photos and did his art work and he said he would see me in a bit, and that he did the nurse came in at 9.15 and said it was time!! I wasn’t scared at all, I kissed my boyfriend and said see ya in two hrs with the new girls! And off I went.

I got upto the little room next to theatre and laid on the bed, again staff were really nice extruding was done slowly and was more or less painless, don’t remember falling asleep just woke up with two nurse next to me asking if I was ok? And I said yeah did I snore? Was I talking in my sleep? Do I have boobs now?? Haha they both were giggling, and replied yes u do and closed my eyes and said yippee! My lips were so dry so they gave me some lip balm on my finger and I completely missed and got it all over my cheek! Typical! So the nurse kindly sorted my face out before taking me bk, don’t really remember much, I struggled to switch beds and after that I dozed for two hours! When I woke up my boyfriend asked when I had time to put lip gloss on haha .

Lunch came round and I felt much more awake, still little pain, was just the drains I had which I could feel slightly down my sides but notHing to bad.I cheacked my phone and bless my PC had sent three texts and left missed calls, she was really sorry bout all the confusion and worried that my day had been ruined! I don’t blame her, I was with her when I saw the dates and it said highgate, all my paper work said highgate! Never mind! My travel is going to be paid back so that’s ok

Unfortunately there was more confusion and Mario was meant to come see me but left he thought I was staying over night bit was actually a day case, so the lovely Maria looked after me! she is amazing!! So lovely really looked after me!

A taxi came and got me at 7.40 and we were bk at the hotel by 8.10. Taxi drive was painful!!! Sooo many bloody speed bumps!!

But I made it! My bf went and got us a KFC mmmm, then I took my drugs and got into bed.

Sleeping isnt fun, I went to sleep bout 11 and was awake at 4.30 and I’ve not been back to sleep hopefully when I get home in my own bed I’ll sleep better I’m very stiff at the moment and by boobs feel like to big ballons but I love them already and know they will settle and go down

Sorry I’ve rambled on!! Over all I had a good day (a part from the first part) but once I arrived at the correct hospital it was smooth going and I was really looked after!

Thanks Hun, doing ok, just on our 2 hr drive home now, can’t wait to get home and get settled!!feeling well tho just a aching a bit.

Yeah fine to add me Hun. I had overs. I’ll try to add some pics bit later, just got home, tucked up on the sofa with my hot bottle warmer ( its one u put the microwave instead of hot water) feel loads better now xx

Amy can I add you? I had my surgery last night at 6.30? Strange feeling falling asleep then feels like a minute later waking in recovery! I was really quite sore so they gave me more morphine. Had good night though and sleep right through till 5 apart from loads of toilet trips! Haven’t got proper look at my boobs yet, but don’t look too big which I was worried about. How did you sleep.

Both nights I’ve only got 6 hrs sleep, my left leg is aching slightly, think it’s where I’ve been lying down for So long so I’ve got up and been walking round bit which has helped.

My boobs aren’t in too much pain, the only bit that is uncomfortable is where plasters are covering my incisions, and feel bit bruised on my sides where my drains were, all in all tho don’t feel to bad.

Bloated already tho!!! My stomach is twice the size!
