My Story! 15/2/11 380 Overs With Dr C

Hi Ladies! I know how much it helped to read people’s stories while I was pre op so hope this helpful to someone! Sorry for the essay in advance! Here goes…

Me and my fiance arrived at Highgate at 8am and once I’d filled in the paperwork I was shown to my room (306!) which was lovely! Nice comfy bed and very clean and tidy. The nurse cam round not long after that, took all my details down and did my height and weight as well as giving me my smock, knickers and stockings… sexy stuff! Not! Anyway Dr C came round and we double checked the size, took a few photos, drew on me & then told me he’d see me later. Then came the anaesthetist and eventually a lovely guy came and took me down to theatre at 11am! I was really nervous but the nurses were all so wonderful and really helped calm me down.

Anaesthtic was fine and needle didn’t hurt too much, before i knew it I was waking up in recovery chatting rubbish to the nurses! I got wheeled back and then had amazing care from all the staff while I was there for the rest of the day. Food was lovely and was bought up to you as soon as you wanted it, along with plenty of tea and biscuits. Nurses couldn’t do enough for you and gave me painkillers as often as I felt I wanted them.

Also while I was there I met the lovely Tove (tweetiebird). She’s sooo beautiful and it was a pleasure to meet her Happy healing sweet!

Anyway back home the next day and have been in minimal pain since. Stopped painkillers on day 4 and am now happily back to work and loving the twins already! I really can’t praise the staff, Dr C and MYA enough who have been checking on me all the time. Any questions just ask and I’ll try my best to answer

P.S. I was a 32/34b. Had 380cc overs and am now wearing a 34e sports bra comfortably. I was wearing a 34f for the first few days before the swelling went down but back in my E which is hopefully where I’ll stay! xxx

I am really new to this forum thing! im a 32B at the moment and i think i have ordered 380 or the 308, i get it so confused! what size do you think it would bring me to?! x

I was a 34b/c – wearing 32e sportsbra atm. Bought myself a new bra, and was measured in at 34F !! (Cant wear this sportsbra on a night out!!) Hopefully once they settle I will be a DD/E, but everyone is different Amanda. I had 380’s over, but LMP’s – Chole had hp’s. Looking forward to seeing her pics, as we had a fairly similar starting point.

Heya ladies, I know I’m a lazy girl I haven’t sorted my pics out yet, promise I will get that done! I’ll accept all the requests and won’t be long with pics! I would deffo recommend 380s and Dr C… loving both!

Congratulations Chloe1991.. Your experience is assuring and I hope I will feel the same.. Being a mum of 3 breast fed all I am AND boobs are worn out..literally .Advised 340/380 hp unders with Mr F.. still unsure?? Hope your healing well..

What a nice story! Hope mine goes as well as yours did! I’ve ordered 380 and 410 hp overs but think I’m gonna go for the 380!!

Littlep in my opinion there’s not much in it between 340/380 so probs go with the bigger.. you don’t want to wish you’d gone bigger once it’s too late

My boobs today shall mainly feel sore! Especially on the sides – perhaps rubbing action from arms?? Nips also very tender, but besides from that its all good

Scars healing up well and chuffed about that

Tomorrow our boobs will be 2 weeks!!!!!! All that pre op worry eh?? lol

I know tell me about it, can’t believe I worried so much now! You sound like your healing exactly like me, Boobs aren’t sore but I’m not loving wearing a bra 24/7, I like my freedom at night! Nipples have been a proper killer for the past couple of days but think they’re calming down now.

Heya, got my first meeting with Dr C now on Friday cannot wait i’m so excited. I’m hoping to go from a small 32c to 32dd/e !! Im only 5ft 2 so dunt want to go to big as may end up making myself look bigger and round. lol
