My Story 16th June 2010 – Mr Adamo 380's @ Highgate

Hi Girlies – Hope your up for a read because this is going to be a long one! Haha..

In the last 6months Ive read soooo many peoples stories on this forum of their boobie journey and thought it would only be right if I added my cone to the collection, haha!

So beginning of the year I decided to have a BA and started saving my pennies. Booked a consultation with Mr Kazzazzi @ beginning of Feb ..but didnt have a great 1st consultation felt rushed the whole way through – all of 5 minutes! Told my PC I wasnt a fan of him so arranged to meet Mr Adamo at the end of March! It was love at first sight .. and decided he was the one to give me boobies .. Booked a few days later for the 16th June .. So it became a waiting/saving game! Paid off the full balance on 27th May and got even more excited!

Booked the hotel quite a few weeks in advance (im a planning freek) and started buying my bits and bobs gradually. Atleast that way I didnt spend all my cash in 1 go. So over the next few weeks I bought: the V Pillow .. Electric toothbrush .. Macom bra .. Bio oil .. got a box set in to watch aswell

I got my admission time 7.30am and had booked 2 nights in the hotel .. We arrived about 6.30pm on 15th June .. Stayed @ Days Inn which was 68.00 a night a very easy to get Highgate espech if youve got a Satnav just 3 straight raods and the hotel is decent aswell! Anyway back to the BA – about 7.50am got shown to my room, 8.10am the anthesist came in to introduce herself .. and ask me questions .. The Mr Adamo came in to work his magic with his drawings @ 8.20 .. Then the nurse came in to fit my stocking, give me knickers and a gown to put on ..& ask me more questions .. Watched abit of Jeremy Kyle then the nurse came and got me at 10am!

Got passed to another nurse, then another nurse lol .. then into theatre. Mr Adamo was there – again always good to see his reassuring smile. Got up on to the bed .. Was really excited by this point no nerves, not scared, no regrets .. Anthesist worked her magaic put on the oxygen mask .. Remember taking 5 deeps breaths checked the clock it was 10.15 and I was gone! Woke up in recoverey about 12 – Nurse gave me a peek at my boobs and I was so happy! Took about to my room and spend most of the day messaging my friends, in a daze, sleeping and eatting – Ahhh good times!

Anyone whos thinking about gettin a BA honestly .. post op pain on the day for me ZILCH! I know its going to get worst .. But so far so good! Just go for it .. Ohhh and my stats are:-

Age: 20

Height 5″5

Size:8/10

Implant: 380s

Pre Op: Wore 32B but more 32A

Post op: No idea, Ive got a Macom post op bra which stretches to whatever size you to .. Would love to be a D

&& I had partial unders

Sorry for a dissertation lol .. But its just so exciting!

hey hun, i was the same as you and had 380 cc overs , im 4 weeks post op and im now a 34 E and i didnt have no pain at all. just a little back ache from the sleeping xx

Hello Jodi90… Thanks for your input, I really need that today! I am meeting Dr Adamo this afternoon and I am getting nervous & excited! I wished the same finish for me hun! Are you a day case? If yes, how long did you have to stay in the hospital? Plan, plan, pan…

Am wanting to get a BA but dont know who to go with? Any recommendations? Which clinic does Dr Adamo work as i’ve seen he gets praised alot by girls that have had him do their surgery. Also whats the difference with unders and over the muscle does it make the breast look different? Thanx alot xx

Hey Jodi I had Dr Adamo on 16th as well and stayed overnight in the hospital, which I recommend to others if you are a little nervous as they keep checking on you all night to make sure you are ok post op. I was soooooo scared and nervous pre-op but I would honestly say to anyone that it was nothing! Dr Adamo is lovely, has a great chilled out personality which makes you feel relaxed.

Just went to sleep, woke up with boobies I am a complete wuss when it comes to pain and when I came around I just felt a little sore, asked for painkillers just so I would feel nothing at all but honestly it has been fine, nothing to worry about. Went for 325cc teardrop shape over the muscle if anyone is interested – took me from small flat 34B to large 34C (but at the moment they look like barbie boobs due to swelling! I’m told this will go down a lot in the next couple of weeks). Am doing most normal things at home, just not lifting anything, I think in a week will be good to go.

Im thinking of booking a consultation with dr amado as read loads of good things about him, is the highgate clinic in nottingham? im in sheffield so think that would be the closest place for me.

does anyone know how much it is for the daycase as i wouldnt want to stay in overnight?

Just popping back for an update …

Keepmesweet – Hope your consultation with Mr Adamo went well .. Sure it did as he is sooo lovely! I was a daycase .. My admission time was 7.30 and I was discharged about 6pm, but they dont rush you out at all. The nurses said take as long as you like to leave theres no rush, so think we stayed another half hour getting everything together and because it would have been rush hour didnt want to hit all the traffic.

Missdita – How are you feeling now? The pain has kind of kicked in for me…well considering Im not completely dosed up on morphine lol .. Its bearable and I dont want to cry or anything .. But I cant wait to next week and Im feeling like my normal self lol .. Think I had too many vistors yesterday and feel like I did too much. But had a much better sleep last night with the V pilliow .. Almost slept all the way through .. Well from 10pm-5am which is the best I think its gonna get before the stiffness wakes me up! Are you boobs solid? Numb? Have you booked your post op appt with the nurse?

Sparkle12 – Altogether I paid £3350 for mine .. Which was a daycase and I had the £500 voucher aswell xxx

Hi Salamander .. I was a daycase @ Highgate so got the best nights sleep my boobies would allow @ the hotel lol .. But I did hear some kids crying about 5/6ish haha .. But nothing too bad! Bless them for thinking you were dead .. that made me laugh – Hows your pain? Much? Have you been taking the pain killers? xxx

I was daycase 8am – i was straight after you. They kept saying you were nearly done and i should be next No pain at all. Taking only 2 in the morning and 2 before bed, not the day ones, pkus antibiotics of course. Heard some noises today as well, so funny:-) How are you? I had 340cc looks DD but will see in a couple of weeks. What about you? xxx

I’m feelng fine now am completely off the painkillers though can’t move around too much, but I can raise my arms up. I had over the muscle though. It is driving me mad not being able to go to the gym. Hey did Dr Adamo tell you you could shower? I can’t remember and haven’t done so yet, not feeling so fresh haha.

Yep they are high solid numb and making gurgling noises, hoping they calm down before I go back to work! Not wanting them to know I had time off for a boob job!

Amazing the price difference between us! I was overnight case and got anatomical shape implants which are a whopping £1026 more, all up my surgery cost £5346- ouch! Am selling all the tops that don’t fit me any more on ebay now to make up for it lol.

Hi Salamander – I feel like Ive missed out on a few days of my life at the moment .. I can hardly remember what Ive done.. Who ive spoken to .. who Ive shown the bad boys to .. lol .. Its been really weird! Wow you think you got DD from 340s .. You must be well chuffed! I think Ive got used to the bad boys a little to quick .. but no serious case off boob greed yet! Really looking forward to gettin measured @ the end of July! Whens your post op check? Mines 2mra @ 11.30am – i think! I swear I was still high on the morphine the following day and just hoping thats what the nurse said. No idea what size I am .. I brought 1 of Macom sports bras that stretch with size .. Only wearing it when Im aching!

Hellooo Missdita .. Yehhhh Mr Adamo said I could shower as I had waterproof plasters on .. For the first few days I shallow bathed any to be on the safe safe side lol .. Looking forward to seeing the scars tomorrow – i think! Haha .. your description of your boobs sound exactly like mine! That is a big price difference!!!! How are you feeling now?

Hi Jodi, yes, I am DD at the moment but all could change. I’ve got my check tomorrow as well at 11.15am! WHich clinic are you with? I am with Birmingham. I haven’t got used to them either yet, it feels so weired when you scratch them and you don’t feel you are doing it!!!

Saw your other post re toilet, i had the same for 5 days – but had boiled beetroot and prunes- -did the job!!!! How are you today?

I have the same problem, Im either having 230 or 260, think I want to go 230 as want to be a full c really, bit worried though as dont want to be to waste it but very worried about being too big. got my op in 12 days!!!! having unders Im5ft3 8stone size 6/8 and curently 23aa, any pics would help girls, sam.mccormick@hotmail.co.uk

Hi Jodi, how are you feeling now? I have finally booked mu BA for Aug 11 with Dr Adamo… I am feeling really excited now, but not looking forward with the pain! Arrgggg

However, I asked to see Dr Adamo for the second time, as I am having second thoughts with the size!? He offered me 300 or 340 and we ended up going for 340. I am a 32a and I am aiming to be a full cup C or maybe D!

Any thoughts ladies?
