Ok, so got shown to my room by one of the nurses where I met with another nurse called Una, so lovely!
She showed me how everything worked and where everything was!
I was given a gown and some paper panties that I changed into. A pregnancy test was taken – bit scared when she walked out the room without telling me the result lol, it was negative! Phewww…
I then had my blood pressure taken, along with my weight and height!
Dr Adamo came to visit me about 12.30 where he took photos and drew on me.
He’s such a lovely man!
I was taken down to theatre at 2pm – I was an over night stay so your op will be later in the afternoon. I had the cannular in my arm firstly and I told the nurse I had problems with my veins as they pop and it would be best to go through my hand.
After trying in my arm, eventually it went in my hand .. Yayyy!!!
After that I must have been knocked out as I woke up having the tube taken out my throat! I was all over the shop!
I suffered sickness for 24 hours, couldn’t keep anything down, even water!
I had to have one sickness tab and two injections in the bum!
I am home now and I love my boobs, I have slight pain in my left boob incision to include a burning sensation when I get up or if I put to much pressure on it.
My wounds have weeper abit too!
I rang the number to put my mind at rest, I hope I’ll be ok!
The staff at highgate are great and they are always checking on you!

Also a big thank you to everyone who is on the mya forum in giving me advice etc.
I suppose if my pc had picked up the phone to wish me luck, I would have felt better but this didn’t happen! Very disappointed in that area.

Go with what he says! I wanted unders and he told me I would get a more natural look if I had ‘overs’.
With ‘overs’ you get the drop affect so they fall below the crease. Unders tend to give the line across the top more depending on what size you were before.
