well the day before I chopped my lobg blonde hair off and had it dyed black and purple though why now new boobs new me lol git home around 6 had nice bath chinese takeway cleaned house top to bottom and my husband took the chidren to the grandparents house. The nerves started to set in watched benidom and then went to bed I laid in bed the whole night wide awake not sure if I was going to have the op as was so frightend. At 5.45 I got up washed blowdryed and straightend my hair shaved everything and was all ready at 7.50 we did the short drive to saxon clinic whole 5 mins away lol

So I arrived at the clinic lots of girls in waiting there already later to find out out of all 8 I was the only one staying over night as I was the only one having uplift as ba waited aroud for 20 mins or so before being shown to my room the room was lovely own bathroom ect anistasest came in and asked lots of questions due to me having epilepsy and alleregies to everything trust me ay lol the nurse came in to do blood preusure and temp all fine then to be told I was not having op till 2 int he afternoon I was so hungry and thirsty I could of licked a puddle I think It could have been better organised really mmmm 2 came around really quick was walked down to threatre and laid on a bed was told someone had peged it today so out of nowere I burst into tears while being put to sleep was frighterning trust me thinking I was never going to wake up. Woke up at 5 in recovery had a little peek couldnt see a great deal as well taped up fell asleep and woke up in my room had lots of freinds visit and sister got on my tits abit as I was so tied and felt very sick wanted them to get the hint and go by 11 every one was gone but by this point was so poorly I couldnt sleep the lovely nurse gave me lots of drugs and bang I was asllep woke up in agany at 3am in terrible pain more tramidol and agian asleep got up at 8 had wee wash and got dressed was told I could go when ever hold on is mr khan not coming to see me no love the nurse said he has gone home yesterday to london he may ring you of which he did 10 min before I left told me it went so well and I ended up having 425 not 300 hummmmmmm wondered why I looked bigger than expected have alot of sweeling and am now going for a sleep xxx

So brave changed your hair so drastically. Glad everything went well hun. When you say someone pegged it, they died on the operating table? O my god, that has just made me really nervous happy healing though babe x

Yep the tje nadtard told me as he was puttong me to sleep and as i was fallen asleep they was lauthing about it all i could do was think of my little girls and bam i sas gone thank god i woke up nevet putting myself throigh this again so lets hopey implants age well lol

They literally told you that someone had died earlier in the day??? Are you sure it wasn’t the effects of the drugs? I’m not doubting you, but that seems a bit unprofessional that they would say this to you as they are putting you under??

That would be enough to make me stop the operation from happening!

You should make a complaint about that, Heather. They shouldn’t have been discussing it while you were able to hear (even if they thought you were asleep). Must have been terrifying xx

That’s so awful! Were they being sarcastic like trying to make you scared? I just think its so rare for someone to die in an operation like that! I’m not doubting you at all either, but I really wouldn’t think they’d laugh about it!! If they do other ops there for like health problems and stuff they could have meant them! If not, that’s so bad, poor poor girl- glad I’ve had my op now! and dont worry girls having yours coming up- its so so so so rare for anything to go wrong! You are so more likely to die driving your car!! xx

How awful – I wanna cry – that is the last thing I would think about happening up til now my worst fear was capsular contracture – but DEATH???? OMG. Thanks for sharing your story though hun – happy healing x

Well I am sure if you had been in a MYA clinic heather119 you would not have been put through that,Im really shocked that the staff at the company you used were so unprofessional given that you were about to be put under GA,I am so pleased that you are ok lovely,you get some rest.Cant imagine how the parents of that poor girl must be feeling.xxx

This is awful and so unprofessional, The theatre staff are supposed to be putting your mind at ease not upsetting you. Hope your ok and recovering well. Did the nurse give you a feedback form, I had one, make sure you fill it in if there is not enough room attach a letter. x

This is really going to scare people who are due to go for their procedures, Mya Moderator needs to look into it asap.

This was not at mya was transform its also a privet hospital so could have been diff op but still was alful to hear before i was put under

they actually used the words “pegged it” that is disgusting, where im from we use pegged it to mean running away!!! that poor girl and her family

Lol im still thinking omg I’m so scared now, but surely if it was breast surgery, they would have no longer carried out the rest of ba that day cause its a big thing and they carry out all sorts of investigations, my op been postponed 3x coz of past problems. And my pc said to ne until everything sorted we cannot Do surgery cause if something happens to you on that table the surgeon will be struck off, mya will be shut down. So its a big big thing to happen.I know when I read pegged it I thought it meant ran off lol. Xx
