Hiya all you girls,
Well im home now, have my new boobs and very happy with them.
I got to highgate hospital for my 12pm addmission time and was down in theatre by 2pm, the next thing i new i was stirred as the nurse came into my room at 5.20pm to take my blood preasure, i dont remember anything before that.
I felt ‘amazing’ when i woke up, pain free and peacful,( i realise now that that is the morphine !!!) :peace:soon as i started to feel uncomfortable the nurse was on hand with pain killers.
I did not sleep at all !!!! last night but just listened to my ipod all night. i quite enjoyed it , totally relaxed .
I did feel sore this morning and the nurse gave me some more morphine.I also had drains which were taken out this morning . it wasnt to bad just a minute or so of slow deep breaths as the nurse carefuly and lovingly removed them.
There is discomfort you have to expect that, but there is nothing that you cannot cope with.Relaxing is the key .
I did have a discussion with the surgeon beforehand about the size , i was worried they would be to small as he had offered me 190cc i am very tiny, so he offered me 210cc and checked he had them in stock ‘and he did’ so thats what ive got, at the moment they are quite swollen and hard but i am very pleased with the size.
Things can only get better from today.
Thanks to all you girls for your good luck wishes, and advice. and if i can be of help to anyone with any questions just ask .
Love from happy tink7 xx
Hi tink7 well done, glad its all over and you are happy, keep us posted, did you have unders or overs, happy recovery ,chill out relax, enjoy doing nothing while you can, take care xxxx
thanks hun,
i had unders im quite sore tonight, and feel a bit sick i think its all the painkillers . but thank god for them xxxxxxxxxxx
Hey tink,
i had mine done three weeks ago and felt that they were swollen and hard too
I had 230’s so ours were very similar.
everyday your boobies will go less swollen (as long as you keep sleeping upright) and they will get more softer its so exciting to watch.
good luck
thanks cant wait for them to start softening and for the discomfort to subside,
how long is it until you can feel a bit more normal and do things like wash and blowdry your hair without pain and the worry of doing some sort of damage. and did you wear your breast band religiously for 3 vweeks?
x
aw well done on your new boobies!!
i’m nearly 4wks post op now with an uplift and unders….and yes i wore my breast band 24/7 lol!!! just dnt have it so tight that you can’t breathe lol!! i’ve just noticed mine starting to soften in the last couple of days…oh and the easiest way to wash your hair is to get someone to do it for you whilst you’re leaning over the bath!! then once you have your first check up, at about a week, you’re allowed a shower, so that makes it a lot easier to wash it yourself
hi josiejo,
its a strap that you wear round the top of your boobs (attatches with velcro,) if you have your implants under the muscle, it is just to stop the implants from rising whilst the muscle and implants settle. x
I started driving again after two weeks and normal day to day activites get better at two weeks aswel. But i am still leaning over to wash my hair as my arm muscles still arnt quite right, and im also a bit paranoid!
I didnt have a breast band, thats the first I have heard of it :S
xx
Hi Tink,
