My story 3rd November (yesterday) at manchester lifestyle :)

Hi girls, thought id write my story since all of you lot have and its only fair lol!

My surgeon was Dr aurakzai and I had 380 cc unders and I was a 34a

I got to the hospital yesterday around 7 even though my admission was 7.30 and the staff where very friendly and welcoming and I got shown to my room. The nurse and anesthetist came in very quickly then I waited about an hour for my surgeon, in which time me and my boyfriend had fell asleep, him on the chair and me curled up in bed lol. They where all very infromative and made me feel at ease even though I was very relaxed which suprised me! but the nerves hit when I got to the anesthetic room and I started crying and shaking and it took me ages to fall asleep lol!

I came round shaking but I wasnt cold and I remember asking fr my boyfriend as soon as I came round then dont remember much else after that apart from waking up in the room again! I was in a bit of pain when I came round but the nurse brought me ice packs for my boobs which helped loads then she helped me into my bra which eased the pain even more. I felt fine yesterday a bit stiff but was at home having a curry that night even though I was supposed to be staying in with the drains!

This morning is (im not going to lie) alot worse than last night but its bareable!

Just stiff and hard to move my arms!

My implants are quite far spaced apart but Dr Aurakzai said to put a safety pin in the middle of my sports bra to pull them in, and two weeks post op lie on each side for 15 mins to hoist them in lol.

I over all had a really good experience and I couldnt thank Dr aurakzai enough hes a lovely man and a good surgeon. My boyfriend said the scars are nt even that noticable!

congratulations natalie. im glad it all went well .

the bit that worries me is the whole anesthetic part of the op. ive never been under and you hear a few horror stories dont you!

im sure its all natural though.

I said the same thing ll I was like ”dont let me die” my surgeon said anesthetic is very advanced these days and theres an anesthetist with you the whole time so dont worry and thank you xx

congratz to your boobies!! Thx for sharing your story – glad everything went well and glad you feel alright. I read it again and again that the 2nd day is the worst for the pain! So you might feel even better tomorrow! So how come you could go home although you were supposed to have drains??

Cnt believe you got to go home lol. I enjoyed my over nite stay like the nurses were fab, got home this afternoon. Mind you that 3 hour car journey was the worst I felt every bump in the road lol. Dr A was great like wasn’t he.

Luna, I got to go home because my drains where running clear so they could take them out so I still had them just not for as long as i thought thank you hun xxxx
