My story 460 unders with Dr Traynor! Pics to follow

Well ladies its all done! Went in yesterday 11am was shown to my room, Dr Traynor came and marked me up at 12 and ten mins later the lady came to take me to theatre and next I was waking up in recovery looked at the clock and it was 1.20pm! Came home at 7.30! Really didnt expect this much pain though my chest is so tight and im walking like a huntcback! Slept not bad numb bum more than anything, taken some pain relief this morning and an antibiotic they gave me.But I am over the moon! So glad I had 460’s they look really high and tight and pointy but I can tell they will be nice when they have settled! Yayyy, congrats hunny!! Welcome to the 460 under club lol That was quick from admission to theatre, fab.

Felt exactly the same on that first day hun, tight, painful and hunched over. The nurse rang me the day after and warned me that the pain may get a little worse, before it gets better..sorry to say she was right..for me anyways. Being on day 5 now, the advice I would give is to take your painkillers on time, whether you feel you need them or not at least for the first day or two. Relax our shoulders as much as you can, I had to consciously do this the first few days and it helped loads. Im feeling much better yesterday/today so if you find yourself in pain, it DOES get better.

Iknow what u mean coz im holding tensing my shoulders and back and its making it worse! Iill do all those im following your story so I can take your advice! Im just struggling to get pics onmiv never used my blackberry with the lead to put them on computer and its saying stupid stuff but as soon as I do ill post them.
